The first edition of the Concacaf Nations League will finally resume in a couple of months, after being halted for a long time due to the pandemic outbreak. The tournament has begun in September 2019, with all 41 Member Associations of the governing body taking part in it.

Almost two years later from the beginning of an important tournament for the region the first champions will be known. With a format that placed national teams in three different tiers according to their level, League A was the one with four berths at stake for the upcoming finals.

Winners from each group in that division booked a ticket to the semifinals. Mexico, Honduras, the United States, and Costa Rica were those teams that secured a spot to the following stages, which will kick off soon. Here, find out where and when they will compete for the trophy.

Location for 2019/20 CNL Finals announced

The defining games of the competition were scheduled for June 2020, but the breakout of the coronavirus forced the contest to be postponed. After some time, the Concacaf Nations League Finals will be played from June 3 to 6, 2021, at the Empower Field at Mile High in Denver

This stadium will host the inaugural semifinals, the third-place game, and the grand final. On June 3 Honduras and the USMNT will clash in one of the semis, while Mexico and Costa Rica will face off in the other one.

The home of the NFL franchise Denver Broncos has already held significant sports events and this time it will be the place where the first Concacaf Nations League champions are going to be crowned. The inaugural edition of this tournament will be defined just before the beginning of another important prize in the region like it is the Concacaf Gold Cup.
