The All-Star Game is just around the corner, which means that the best players on earth - or at least, most of them - will take the hardwood by storm to try and prove who's the creme of the crop around the NBA.

As per usual, the two players with the most fan votes on each conference were selected as team captains, and as it's been over the past three years or so, they drafted the rest of his teammates on live television.

LeBron James was once again the captain of the Western Conference, while Kevin Durant took down Giannis Antetokounmpo in the Eastern Conference this season, even though he'll miss the game due to injury.

However, this time the story was the fact that Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert were picked with the last two picks, even though the Utah Jazz have the best record in the entire league this season.

LeBron James Roasts Utah Jazz During All-Star Game Draft

So, when asked about it, LeBron James had a brutally honest comment towards the Utah Jazz, claiming that they're not a popular franchise and that it's always been like that ever since he was a kid:

“There’s no slander to the Utah Jazz. You guys have to understand, just like in video games growing up we never played with Utah. Even as great as Karl Malone and John Stockton was we would never pick those guys in video games," The King said.

While those comments are harsh, they're kind of true. Most of the world rooted for Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls during the time the Utah Jazz made it to the NBA Finals, and Utah isn't exactly a big market.

That will certainly be some extra motivation for both Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert during the All-Star Game. Hopefully, they'll prove their doubters wrong and, who knows? Maybe even take home the MVP award.
