According to Nick Underhill of New Orleans Football Network, Jordyn Tyson will probably get top 10 looks. This would put Tyson as second or third-best wideout in the 2026 NFL Draft behind Carnell Tate.

Makai Lemon was poised to be the second WR taken and now Tyson could hijack that notion. Tyson was in the New York Jets‘ radar, but with his stock rising, the Jets might not get the chance to even be in play at drafting him.

Tyson’s workout impressed a lot

According to John McMullen of Sports Illustrated, the Eagles could be a highly interested team. With rumors of AJ Brown getting traded to the Patriots post June 1st, they could use a high-upside wide receiver like Tyson.

However, according to these reports, the Eagles would have to trade up quite a bit to get Tyson. Philadelphia has the 23rd pick in the 2026 NFL Draft and Tyson might not get there according to Underhill’s report.

If healthy, Tyson could become a certified WR1

The biggest issue in Tyson’s scouting profile is his injury history. Tyson has a history of missing time due to hamstring, collarbone and knee injuries. However, if he manages to stay healthy, the team that drafts him will get a massive weapon.

He is very talented and could actually become one of the best receivers in the game. The upside is massive with Tyson. However, picking him is the definition of a ‘high-risk, high-reward‘ move.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Jones suffered a setback and will be examined this week to determine if the left tackle will be ready for training camp or until the start of the season.

Jones started 11 games for the Steelers’ last season. His role could be important for a Pittsburgh offense that is provisionally resorting to Will Howard as it waits for Aaron Rodgers’ final decision.

Mike McCarthy’s era needs a good offensive line

Mike McCarthy’s scheme is based off a running game and to do so, he needs a good offensive line. Establishing the run is key for McCarthy as it leaves room for the quarterback to play freely. Jones, as the left tackle, is the one who protects the QB’s blind side.

Having a good offensive line is key for a unit to be serviceable. A good O-line makes a bad QB decent, a decent QB good, a good QB excellent, and an excellent QB elite. With the whole Steelers QB situation as a question mark, the more important the offensive line becomes.

Where did the Steelers O-line rank in 2025?

According to PFF’s final 2025 rankings, the Steelers O-line ranked eighth-best in the NFL. They had the second-best O-line in terms of pass-blocking efficiency. Pittsburgh’s O-line allowed just 117 pressures and 17 sacks across 596 snaps.

According to New York Daily’s Pat Leonard, “while Schoen is still running the scouting staff and working some phones, the bulk of the Giants’ operation otherwise reports to [Dawn] Aponte.” This points to Schoen’s seat getting warmer and warmer.

When John Harbaugh signed with the Giants, it was well-publicized that Harbaugh didn’t want to answer to Schoen, and it’s written in the signed contract. Also, Harbaugh hired Dawn Aponte as the Giants’ senior vice president of football operations and strategy.

Schoen has been viral for doing the wrong moves, like giving Daniel Jones a massive contract when he didn’t deserve it, or letting Saquon Barkley leave without even trying to keep him. He also has a poor relationship with players. Last March, polling among players gave Schoen a D+ grade.

Add that to Harbaugh disregarding him and pretty much hiring his successor. It wouldn’t shock anyone if Schoen is actually gone. Though it’s just a report not a move set in stone, Schoen’s tenure hasn’t been exactly successful to warrant him a full job security.

Schoen does have an ace under his sleeve

His authority over Harbaugh is not be respected. The players are not on his side either. However, Leonard reported that Schoen does have a great relationship with many in the Giants’ ownership group. That, alongside a great job in the 2026 NFL Draft, could be the only salvation for Schoen.

Per Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, Odell Beckham Jr. worked out for the Giants. According to their report, “a reunion seems possible.” Odell Beckham’s last game in the NFL was in November 11, 2024 for the Dolphins.

The Giants traded OBJ back in 2019 to the Browns in exchange of a first-round pick, a third-round pick, and Jabrill Peppers. The Giants used that first rounder to select Dexter Lawrence, who now has been traded to the Bengals.

John Harbaugh likes pairing a veteran, known receiver to his young, star receiver. He did it on the Ravens by bringing DeAndre Hopkins to join Zay Flowers. Now, he could do the same with OBJ joining Malik Nabers.

OBJ’s first stint with the Giants is one to remember. OBJ played on the Giants from 2014-2018. He racked up three Pro Bowl selections, and Offensive Rookie of the Year, and had 5,476 yards on 390 receptions and 44 touchdowns.

The Giants wide receiver room will have Malik Nabers back after suffering an ACL injury in 2025. He is joined by Darius Slayton, and the newly-arrived couple Darnell Mooney and Calvin Austin in the slot.

The Giants also had role players like Isaiah Hodgins, Beaux Collins, Dalen Cambre, Jalin Hyatt, Gunner Olszewski, Xavier Gipson, Courtney Jackson, and Ryan Miller. Odell Beckham could be a very welcomed addition to the roster.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that AJ Brown is likely getting traded from the Eagles to the Patriots. However, why are these teams waiting until June 1st? Well, it’s because the cap hit of trading AJ Brown is one of $40 million. As for the Patriots, it really doesn’t matter.

By waiting until June 1st, that salary cap charge can be split between this and next year, hence making it more friendly for the Eagles. Also, Schefter reported that they can wait without hesitation, as the team rather have capital for the 2027 and 2028 drafts than this one.

Rumors have been around the league stating that Omar Cooper Jr. could be very well in the radar of the Philadelphia Eagles. Cooper is a highly-touted prospect in this 2026 NFL Draft, and could be a huge addition to the Eagles roster thanks to his skillset.

The Eagles have a new scheme on offense

With the arrival of Sean Mannion as the new offensive coordinator, the Eagles will change a lot in comparison to last year. Mannion should be focusing on giving Saquon Barkley the ball to open the offense with play-action, where Jalen Hurts thrives.

Last season, the Eagles were very stagnant on offense, with all AJ Brown, Saquon Barkley and Devonta Smith having lesser years than expected. That included a dip in level of quarterback Jalen Hurts. Mannion now needs to galvanize the troops and exploit their talents.

The deal was reported by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, via Nick Linta of JL Sports. Araiza set a Super Bowl record in 2025 where he had six punts for an average of 51.8 yards. No one has done it better. Unfortunately, he was used that much because the Chiefs were blown out during that game.

During his college days, Araiza was known as “Punt God.” He exceeded 70 or 80 yards constantly at San Diego State University. Araiza was drafted by the Buffalo Bills, but never got to debut since he got sued by an incident in his college days.

The Chiefs have plenty of more priorities, but special teams are important

The special teams can be overlooked at times. Teams have come to realize that bad or good special teams can make or break a season. For instance, the difference between Rams and Seahawks last season, was that the Rams didn’t have good special teams, while the Seahawks came to live thanks to special teams’ plays.

Hence, the Chiefs are not willing to risk having bad special teams. They know that winning comes in all three phases of the game. Hence, coach Andy Reid made sure the team brought back one of the best punters in the NFL.

The Chiefs special teams ranking in 2025

Last season the Chiefs ranked in the middle of the league, 15th to be precise, in punt average yards. Araiza averaged 47.6 yards per punt. However, his talent is quite known. Punters can be drafted easily, but the Chiefs would rather have him back, since they’ve seen his upside.

Hortiz also said Quentin Johnston is not being shopped around. Hence, it seems like they would want to keep the roster intact, and maybe add one or two pieces via draft. Justin Herbert has had plenty of setbacks, but the Chargers want to make sure depth in wideouts is not one of them.

Keenan Allen had 81 catches for 777 yards and four touchdowns. He was the second-leading WR on the team, just 12 yards below Ladd McConkey. Even at 33 years old, he is still delivering the goods.

Ladd McConkey is still the WR1 of the team

McConkey has two years in the NFL and he has plenty of production for such a young career. He has 1,938 yards on 148 receptions and 13 touchdowns. McConkey has those numbers despite suffering a sophomore slump.

The fact is he should be even better this year. The Chargers hired Mike McDaniel as their offensive coordinator and his scheme could make McConkey one of the most productive wideouts in the NFL. It will be a sight to see.

The Chargers have lots of pressure on them

Since getting Justin Herbert, this team has had plenty of expectations. First, it was Anthony Lynn and then Brandon Staley. Hence, the team hired a top-tier head coach like Jim Harbaugh. Then, injuries hampered them, mainly in the offensive line.

Now, they have the O-line, the coach, a star coordinator, and are working on giving Herbert the best weapons they can. With the NFL Draft coming, the Chargers have a plethora of options to strengthen the roster.

According to Mike DeFabo of The Athletic, Steelers new head coach Mike McCarthy said he favors quarterbacks with “big hands and long arms.” Also, he favors floor over ceiling. Hence, DeFabo thinks the Steelers could perfectly target Carson Beck in the middle rounds of the 2026 NFL Draft.

This would be a mid-round swing after the Steelers cover their main priorities in the draft. Of course, this wouldn’t jeopardize Rodgers‘ spot as the starting QB if he comes back. Beck would be a project to compete with Will Howard for the QB2 spot.

Carson Beck is an aged rookie

Carson Beck didn’t play three years in College Football, as most top-tier prospects do. He played six years in college, so he is now a 23-year-old rookie. Beck played in top-tier programs like Georgia and Miami (FL). With the Hurricanes, he was close to winning the National Championship, but lost the final game in heartbreaking fashion.

Beck is more of a pocket passer than a dual-threat quarterback, but he is mobile enough. Last season, he had 3,813 yards, 30 passing touchdowns, 12 interceptions, and a 72.4% completion percentage.

Beck’s draft projection

Beck is projected as a late Day 2 or early Day 3 pick. Depending on mock drafts, he could go between Round 3 and Round 5 of the 2026 NFL Draft. The Steelers have Pick 76, Pick 85, and Pick 99 in the third round.

The team also has two fourth rounds with the 121st and 135th selections. Hence, there are plenty of windows for the team to pick Carson Beck. It will all depend on how their board looks out come Day 3 of the NFL Draft.

While the Premier League is a league format, this feels like a final, even though five games will remain after this. However, this could very well decide who wins this year’s edition. Arsenal have 70 points in 32 games, while City have 64 in 31 outings.

This means that if Manchester City win, they would have 67 points, just three below Arsenal, but with one game in hand that, if City win (vs. Crystal Palace), would put them at first place due to goal difference.

Arvell Reese is not at an elite level, but has elite upside

Reese is not a Micah Parsons, or a Myles Garrett. However, he is regarded as one of the best pass rushers in the 2026 NFL Draft class. In 2025, he racked up 6.5 sacks, 10.5 tackles for loss, and an 86.5 run-defense grade according to Pro Football Focus. Those are nice numbers, not elite ones.

However, plenty of scouts have said that Reese is just “scratching the surface” in regards of his pass-rush ability. After all, he transitioned to a full-time pass-rusher in 2025. Reese’s talent is big, but he might need to be a bit more polished.

Should the Jets go defense at no. 2?

Talent-wise, it’s wiser to go defense, since any offensive pick would be reaching a lot. The other option is to trade down, but that will depend fully on what the Jets intentions are come draft day.

Being a top contender for years pays off. For his headline fight at UFC Fight Night 242: Burns vs. Brady in September 2024, Burns received $157,500 in Promotional Guidelines Compliance pay. It’s rumored that his paycheck for the Michael Morales fight was along those amounts as well.

While Burns is the known face, his prime is gone. In fact, he has lost his last four fights, though he’s been highly competitive in pretty much all of them. Burns’ record now stands at 22-9 with 15 finishes. He is a very well-rounded fighter, but his biggest strength is his Jiu-Jitsu.

As for Malott, his hype train was derailed by a loss to Neil Magny in 2024, but after that, he’s bounced back with three-straight wins. Malott has a 13-2-1 record with 11 finishes. He is regarded as a prospect despite being 34 years old.

When was the last time that UFC made an event in Canada?

This marks the return of the UFC to Canada after a six-month span. The last event on Canadian soil was UFC Fight Night: De Ridder vs. Allen, which took place in Vancouver, British Columbia, back in October, 2025.

As for the Winnipeg area, it’s the first event since 2017, when UFC held UFC on Fox: Lawler vs. Dos Anjos. Malott will be the hometown hero and will hope to deliver a happy ending to the night to his fellow Canadiens in the stands.

The bout was on May, 2015 and people always thought that a rematch with both healthy would be a sure fight. It never came to fruition. Now, with both fighters very aged, it would still be a massive event given the names implicated.

Will it be an exhibition or a professional bout?

That’s been one of the holdouts. Mayweather wanted it to be an exhibition, while Pacquiao wanted a pro fight. At first, it was announced as a professional bout, but Mayweather insists it isn’t. As of now, the fight is scheduled for September 19th, 2026.

The venue is also yet to be confirmed. At first, it was going to take place in The Sphere in Las Vegas. However, that hasn’t been set in stone either. It remains to be seen if the fight is going to actually take place, but for now, it’s a tug of war between both sides.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, the Cardinals still have the third pick and Ty Simpson might be the answer at quarterback. However, Florio also states that the Cardinals “could, in theory, trade down and take Simpson in a lower spot. And there could be a team that sufficiently covets running back Jeremiyah Love to try to leapfrog the Titans at No. 4.”

With Jacoby Brissett no-showing the Cardinals workout due to his contract dispute, the Cardinals might go ahead and use their draft power to bring a young, big-time prospect like Simpson.

Ty Simpson’s draft spot is a mystery

While he is unarguably the second-best quarterback in this draft, his actual drafting spot is not clear at all. While many regard him as a first-round pick, it will all depend on how teams address their needs, or whether they want the best player available.

That’s why Florio doesn’t rule out the possibility of the team trading down. However, what’s clear is that the Cardinals might have a new priority given the Brissett situation. The other QB that could start for them is Gardner Minshew, who is recovering from a knee injury.

Is Ty Simpson NFL ready?

Viewed as a boom-or-bust player, Ty Simpson is for some analysts like Chase Daniel the most pro-ready QB in the draft. However, it’s not like Simpson has the ceiling of Fernando Mendoza, for instance.

Still, many praise his IQ, his ability to dissect defense’s weaknesses in the film room all the way to the field, and his accuracy. It also helps that Simpson played in an NFL-esque system like Alabama.

All of a sudden, Aaron Wilson of Click2Houston reported that Max Klare’s sweepstakes are getting hot. The Los Angeles Rams, alongside the Houston Texans, Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Denver Broncos, all had Klare visiting them.

Klare is widely regarded as the second-best tight end in this draft class, just below Oregon’s Kenyon Sadiq. Previously, Klare has drawn comparisons to players like Dalton Kincaid and George Kittle.

Klare is the whole package

Tight ends must block and catch. Not many are able to do so at a great level, but Klare is great. He is an explosive route runner that has great hands and is also an above-average blocker.

While many could argue that his time in Purdue was better than his time at Ohio State, what’s undeniable is his upside. Klare is NFL-ready and could help a lot in any offense he gets in.

Where will Klare fit best?

The Texans have been very interested in Klare, but they already have Dalton Schultz. The Rams have three good tight ends, but the fact is Klare could arguably slide into TE1 status. As for the Panthers, he could thrive if given the looks. Cade Otton has established greatly in the Bucs, so that might cloud Klare’s production.

Having said all of that, the one team where he could absolutely shine is with the Denver Broncos. Evan Engram didn’t deliver in his first season with Denver and while he is still on the roster, he’s aged and the Broncos could use Klare in a much more effective way.

According to Mike Chappell of FOX59, “Sarratt might be the type of prospect on Ballard’s radar, perhaps in round 3.” And it makes sense. As Chappell pointed out, the team’s priority are pass rusher and an NFL-ready linebacker. However, the Colts don’t have a first-rounder, so come round three, Sarratt could change the plans.

The Colts’ first pick in the 2026 NFL Draft comes with the 47th overall selection. Then, they have the 78th pick in the third round. That could be Sarratt, unless there’s a linebacker that the Colts are enamored with.

Sarratt’s stock could actually be higher

Projected as a mid-to-late Day 2 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, Sarratt could easily be the sleeper pick of this class. At 6’2″, 211 lbs, Sarratt is considered a high-floor, physical receiver with plenty of contested-catch ability. While not regarded as a top-tier route runner, he does have ability in that regard.

His NFL comp could be Keenan Allen, and after winning the National Championship with Indiana, his stock should have been elevated. He also recorded a 4.4-second 40-yard dash. In his breakout season with the Hoosiers, he had 830 yards with 15 touchdowns on 65 receptions.

Sarratt would fit perfectly with the Colts

Just as Pittman was, Sarratt would bring reliability, strong hands, and big body to target on the middle of the field. However, Sarratt also brings verticality and the ability to be used as an outside-the-numbers threat.

Also, having played at Indiana, he already has local ties to the city. The Colts would love to keep him home. He would arguably become a starter from Day 1, alongside Alec Pierce and Josh Downs.

“There’s a lot of rumors out there on Twitter (now X),” Chargers’ GM Joe Hortiz said. “And I can tell you this, I have made zero calls about Quentin, and I’ve had zero calls regarding Quentin.” The Chargers have until May 1st to pick up the receivers’ fifth-year option.

If they do, they will owe Johnston $18.1 million, fully guaranteed. Hortiz didn’t confirm the team was going to make that decision, and stated it is still thinking it through. After all, while they seem confident on Johnston’s talent, the price tag might not be what they want.

Johnston is a blessing and a curse

When playing at his top level, Johnston is a deep threat and touchdown menace. He is tall, physical, fast, and when focused, he is a problem to defend. Last season, he racked up 735 yards on 51 catches with eight touchdowns.

His big issue is the fact that he drops way too many balls. He is not consistent at all. In just three years, Johnston has 12 drops in his career. If Johnston is able to solve that issue and become more of a regular presence, he could be an incredibly talented wideout.

Johnston is yet to be regarded as WR1

The Chargers have plenty of weapons for Justin Herbert to exploit. Ladd McConkey had an incredible first year, but then suffered a sophomore slump. Now, it’s bounce back time. They also had rising tight end Oronde Gadsden. Hence, Johnston is a part of the offense, but not the first option on it.

According to Brooke Pryor of ESPN, the Steelers have done their homework on QBs, but they are not going to take one with the 21st pick, as “they believe Aaron Rodgers will ultimately return for another season.”

Since the Steelers already addressed their glaring needs in free agency, this leaves room for the team to pick the best player available in the 2026 NFL Draft. They could go ahead and strengthen their trenches as well, the Steelers have a plethora of options now.

Is Aaron Rodgers worth waiting for?

The fact is Aaron Rodgers is no longer one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Still, he is more than capable. Rodgers threw for 3,322 yards on 65.7% completion, 24 touchdowns and seven interceptions. While those are decent numbers, they are not game-changing stats.

Having said that, the 2026 NFL Draft Class is not the one to go all in on a quarterback. Next year is much more deep and the Steelers might pull the trigger there. After all, they have a good roster, but not exactly a contender one.

The Steelers have to open a new era in good ways

With Mike Tomlin gone and Mike McCarthy entering the building, it’s a new era in the Steelers facilities. However, Tomlin left huge shoes to fill as he never had a losing record with the team.

While Brissett won’t be fined, since this work is voluntary, it gives a clear message to the team: give the QB more money, or else. The absence was reported by Ian Rapoport of NFL Media.

The reason, according to Rapoport is simple, Brissett’s wish is a contractual commitment that reflects a QB1 pay. As for now, he is owed a base salary of $4.88 million with $1.5 million guaranteed.

Is Brissett’s QB1 spot guaranteed?

While Brissett is clearly the frontrunner, the Cardinals also brought Gardner Minshew, though he is recovering from a knee injury. Hence, Brissett will have competition to earn his starting spot, even if he is starting with a good leeway.

Michael Wilson and Marvin Harrison Jr. are a very talented receiver-duo, and Trey McBride is a top-tier tight end. Also, they have a capable running back coming back in James Conner, and reports say they could pick Jeremiyah Love after a newly-picked interest.

Hence, whether it’s Jacoby Brissett or Gardner Minshew, they will have good company to thrive, especially as it’s Mike LaFleur coming in and calling plays. Therefore, expectations are on the rise for Arizona.

When healthy, Tyson was an absolute problem. He racked up 61 catches for 711 yards and eight touchdowns for the Sun Devils. He is projected to be a first-rounder, but it will all depend on his workout, given that his hamstring has raised concerns.

Still, Adam Schefter reported that 18 teams will be at Arizona State to scout him more. Tyson was on the radar of the New York Jets, but now they’ll face plenty of competition with more than half the NFL going to see him.

Tyson has plenty of skills

What Tyson needs to show off in this workout is his elite route-running, body control and versatility. Those are his most notable traits in college. However, the teams attending need to realize he is a high-risk, high-reward prospect.

While his talent is unquestionable, his health rises plenty of concerns. He has missed considerable time with hamstring, ACL, and collarbone injuries. Hence, his durability is very questioned. He also lacks yards-after-catch ability.

Plenty of analysts have Jordyn Tyson as one of the best wideouts in this class. Some, including Field Yates of ESPN and Matthew Freedman of Fantasy Life, have Tyson competing with Carnell Tate and Makai Lemon as the best in this class.

Bowers spoke with Sam Warren of The Athletic and said it seems like Cousins has been with the Raiders “for years.” He also praised Cousins’ leadership and experience. “It’s definitely helpful to have that presence,” Bowers said. The Raiders as a whole have backed up Kirk Cousins since his arrival.

Cousins and new Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak are familiar with each other. They worked together for three years (2019-2021) where Kubiak was Cousins’ WB coach and offensive coordinator. Cousins went to two Pro Bowls during that span.

Having Bowers happy is key for the Raiders

Brock Bowers has just two seasons under his belt but he is an integral part of the Raiders. His talent is other-worldly and despite his team not being successful, he has established himself as one of the best tight ends in the NFL.

Bowers has 1,874 yards in two seasons, alongside seven touchdowns. And, to make it more impressing, he achieved so while missing five games last year. He has earned Pro Bowl honors in both seasons.

The Raiders have an exciting young core

Mendoza is 99.9% guaranteed being a Raider. Hence, the skill positions are nice and young for the team. Mendoza at QB, backed up by Bowers at tight end and running back Ashton Jeanty in his second year make this a promising unit.

They also need to bring a new wideout. It wouldn’t surprise to see them get a good wide receiver at pick number 36 in the 2026 NFL Draft. They still have young wideouts like Dont’e Thornton Jr. and Jack Bech. They also brought in Jalen Nailor. Those are wideouts with potential, but they aren’t established superstars.

Flowers’ appeared on the 4th and South podcast and said that John Harbaugh‘s practices were “full pads all the time… Week 17, we’re doing one-on-ones, everybody out there, we’re tired, we’re still going.” Flowers also stated, “That’s why we had a lot of injuries.”

Flowers spoke to Minter and stated that the new Ravens coach assured him that now the practices will be a little easier on your body for players to be fresher in games. Minter was on the Ravens roster as an assistant back in 2017.

Flowers has been quite healthy despite complaints

Flowers said Harbaugh’s regime caused plenty of injuries, however, he has missed just one game in his whole career. The two-time Pro Bowl has been as consistent as a player can be. Having said that, the Ravens as a whole have been quite injured for the last couple of years.

The fact is football is a contact sport, so injuries are bound to happen. However, going full pads, full force every single time will wear on the players, but apparently that was a risk Harbaugh was willing to take.

The Ravens need to bounce back

Last season, the Ravens ended 8-9, missed the playoffs, and had to restructure the whole staff. Harbaugh is gone, offensive coordinator Todd Monken is gone, and defensive coordinator Zach Orr is also gone.

This is a team with a generational quarterback, so expectations are always to win the Super Bowl. Not going to the playoffs is not an acceptable outcome, regardless of injuries. Hence, it’s bounce back season for them.

According to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN, KC Concepcion visited both the Chargers and 49ers. The Chargers need a new wideout to join Ladd McConkey as WR1, while the 49ers signed Mike Evans. Both are in quick need to get another wideout to contend for it all.

Concepcion is probably the most mediatic wideout in this Draft. At least, he’s been getting spotlights from plenty of other teams like the Giants, Dolphins, Bills, Patriots, Titans, Raiders, Browns, and Panthers.

KC Concepcion recently sent a message to the NFL

Concepcion is not lacking any confidence. He recently left a message in an article written in the Players Tribune. He ended it with a clear confident “I’m the best receiver in this draft... I’m so much more than just a football player… if you’re a GM out there reading this, put me on your team… You’re not going to regret calling my name.”

The fact is Concepcion is regarded as a top wideout. Still, many regard him below Carnell Tate and Makai Lemon in the NFL Draft. Concepcion is not agreeing with those sentiments. Any team interested in him must be thrilled to see Concepcion have a chip on his shoulder.

Concepcion is a versatile, high-upside wideout

Able to play in the outside while being a primarily slot player, Concepcion can be lined up in many places on the field. That’s great for creative playcallers like Mike McDaniel (Chargers) and Kyle Shanahan (49ers).

Concepcion could open a whole new chapter on the book of a creative offensive mind. Hence, Concepcion’s sweepstakes have just gotten a whole more interesting.

According to Jordan Schultz of Schultz Report, “the belief is a trade down is very much in play, similar to how Arizona operated in 2023 when they moved back from that same #3 spot.” Arizona is, all of a sudden, a huge team to follow one week from the NFL Draft.

This comes almost simultaneously to the idea that the Giants and Titans might not get the chance to draft Love because of a new Cardinals interest in the running back. So, now the Cardinals might be the ones putting many teams on notice.

Mike LaFleur needs to revamp his team

In 2023, when the Cardinals did trade down from the third pick, they added an extra first rounder and still landed the player they wanted to pick back then. LaFleur is coming into a team that lost its quarterback and needs plenty of new talent to become relevant again.

Depending on the Cardinals’ draft board, they could repeat that formula once again. However, that’s all a mystery, as Schultz pointed out. The Cardinals hold power in their hands right now. It’s up to them to play their cards correctly.

Cardinals’ biggest needs ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft

The offensive line and pass-rush are top needs for the Cardinals, but also running back. The trenches are important in any successful football team, though having a generational playmaker also helps the Cardinals.

Also, if the team is not high enough on Jacoby Brissett, they could always go quarterback and draft Ty Simpson. If that’s their way to go, they could trade down a bit, as Simpson is likely to go way lower than third.

That is because the Cardinals have the number three pick, while Titans and Giants are fourth and fifth, respectively. According to Connor Hughes of SNY, “don’t be surprised if the Cardinals select Love. There’s a lot of smoke there.”

This comes as a surprise, since the Cardinals haven’t been featured in the Love sweepstakes throughout the offseason. This would put both the Titans and Giants in “plan B” modes. The Cardinals have been a mystery as no one really knows what their focus will be in the draft.

The Cardinals know what a lack of RBs can do

Last season, the Cardinals saw James Conner, Bam Knight, and Trey Benson all suffer season-ending injuries. They also suffered injuries to Emari Demercado and Michael Carter. Hence, it’s within their best interest to not suffer that issue again.

With Conner coming back off an ankle/foot tear, having Love would actually provide them with an incredible two-man punch. Love would be the home run hitter, Conner the powerful back.

Cardinals need firepower

Arizona needs to boost up its offense. After letting Kyler Murray go, the team is marrying to Jacoby Brissett as the quarterback, and hence, it needs the best talent available, and Love is the best talent available at number three.

Also, there is the possibility of the Cardinals trading down and get more picks to accumulate more assets. However, now the Giants and Titans are on alert watch just one week before the 2026 NFL Draft.

DeCosta spoke to the press and he was clear on it. “I would say that Nnamdi’s status doesn’t really affect us that much in terms of like what we’re going to do in the draft at the defensive tackle position,” he said.

DeCosta recently said that there is a talent drop-off in the 2026 NFL Draft. Hence, the Ravens must be cautious in what they do. The Ravens have 11 picks in this year’s draft, but it’s not like they’re in love with the prospects coming up.

Madubuike back would be massive for Baltimore

Madubuike is an elite interior defensive lineman. He is a rare, interior-pass-rusher that wrecks gameplans. He can get double teams and still create problems. Also, by having him, teams focus on stopping him, leaving the edge rushers in great position to get one on one matchups.

It took some time for Madubuike to flourish, but once he did, he had two straight Pro Bowl selections. In 2023 and 2024, he combined for 19.5 sacks and 50 QB hits. That to join his run-stopping ability.

The Ravens defense is in a lot of pressure

While usually the team’s success is tied to quarterbacks, Lamar Jackson has plenty of leeway. It’s the defense the one with plenty of pressure. First, new head coach Jesse Minter is catalogued as a “defensive guru.” Then, they had the whole Maxx Crosby situation, only to back out from a trade and bring Trey Hendrickson instead.

So, if the defense doesn’t work out, the coach, the front office, and the players will be heavily criticized. Of course, that’s not the best of looks. Hence, Madubuike coming back is crucial to avoid all these bad possible narratives.

DeCosta spoke to the press ahead of the NFL Draft, and he was thankful he has a first-half pick because, in his own words, “there’s definitely a drop off probably midway through the round in terms of talent.”

Not content with slamming the prospects enough, he then flat out said the talent level in 2026 is “a little less than last year.” He even said that if the board goes exactly as they have it, they would have to improvise in later rounds as they don’t see much draftable players.

The Ravens should get Lamar Jackson a weapon

While Zay Flowers stated he wants to remain on the Ravens, Baltimore should really look into the wideouts this year. At their spot, Makai Lemon, KC Concepcion, Jordyn Tyson, and Denzel Boston should all be available.

Lamar Jackson has never had a top-tier, upper-echelon wide receiver. His best has been Flowers, who is regarded as a very good, yet not excellent wideout. However, pairing him with one of the top prospects in the draft might change the outlook of this offense.

The Ravens have a lot to prove this year

With 2026 bringing many changes to the franchise, plenty of eyeballs are looking into what the Ravens need to do. New manager in Jesse Minter, new star pass-rusher in Trey Hendrickson, and a whole new culture is in place.

Well, it’s not a part of the Giants‘ plans until they are on the clock. “We’ve gotten a couple calls of teams sniffing around about potentially coming up, and we’ll just have to wait and see who’s there when we pick. I don’t really foresee us moving back before next Thursday night,” Schoen said.

The Giants have been linked with plenty of players, including Jeremiyah Love, who is an option despite them having Cam Skattebo. However, they could also be on the lookout for a defensive player amid all the Dexter Lawrence trade rumors.

Are the Giants smart to trade down?

The Giants have quite a lot of things to think through. While they have an interesting roster, they still have quite a lot of gaps to fill on the team. Hence, depending on the offer, it might be the best option to trade the fifth pick.

Build draft capital, drop a couple of picks and still select a good player might be the answer for the Giants. The 2026 NFL Draft has talent, but it’s not absolutely stacked, hence, volume might be better than homerun swings.

Giants have lots of priorities

The biggest priorities the Giants have are in the trenches. Strengthening the offensive and defensive lines need to be a top priority. In fact, the interior of the offensive line to protect quarterback Jaxson Dart and open holes for the running game.

Also, they could just focus on getting gamechangers, and then, they shouldn’t trade the fifth pick, and get either Jeremiyah Love or linebacker/safety Sonny Styles. However, it will all likely depend on the offers they get come draft day.

Speaking to the press, Monken said he is aware of the team’s reputation and knows how to change it. “Winning. It changes everything,” Monken said. “I told the coaches that the other day, right? How does a player stop the narrative? Play well. How do we stop the narrative on offense? Score. How do you stop the narrative of winning? Win. It’s pretty freaking simple.”

Monken is trying to do the impossible with the Browns. No coach since Marty Schottenheimer has ended his Browns tenure with a winning record. And that happened in 1988. It’s been a long time since winning days have been a part of the Browns.

However, it all starts with the QB

Winning in the NFL is very hard. Winning without a franchise quarterback is next to impossible. Shedeur Sanders showed glimpses of talent during his rookie year, but he didn’t show a finished product yet.

As for Deshaun Watson, he was a top five QB in the NFL… back in 2018. The 2020s have not seen a good version of Watson, who has struggled with serious injuries and off-field issues that really hampered what was a very promising career.

The Browns still have a unit to rely on

The Browns might have not many things to brag about on offense, but it does have an elite defensive unit with one of the most unstoppable forces in the NFL, Myles Garrett. With them, the fact is that the offense has to be merely decent-to-good, not even elite.

Drake Maye was at The Masters last weekend and said, “Everybody says, ‘You’ll be back.’ It’s not that easy. So, we’ve got to get back to work, and I’m looking forward to trying to prove to myself that I can get back and just have another year to get a chance at it.”

While Maye obviously wants to go back to the Super Bowl, his feet are grounded, as he knows it’s quite a difficult thing to achieve. He did it in his second year, but every year is different and the NFL constantly presents new challenges.

Maye doesn’t have a WR1

Last year, the Pats had Stefon Diggs, who surpassed 1,000 yards and was not only the best, but also the most experienced receiver on the roster. However, he is not there anymore and the Patriots have failed to bring another star to the roster.

As of now, their best receiver is Romeo Doubs, who was signed this offseason. However, he is nowhere near at the level that Diggs is. Hence, it remains to be seen if the team will use its draft capital, or trade for a top-tier addition.

The other challenges in front of the Patriots

This year, their calendar will be way, way tougher. Last season, the Pats had one of the easiest schedules in the NFL according to strength of opponents. However, by going to the Super Bowl, that will change drastically.

Also, their playoff run was marked by conveniences. During the Wild Card round, they faced a Chargers team with a depleted offensive line. In the Divisional round, Texans’ quarterback CJ Stroud gave away four interceptions, and in the AFC Championship game, they faced a Broncos team without Bo Nix, who got injured a game prior.

Ertz spoke with Jedd McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. He said, “I don’t want it to be the last play that I have... it’s just doing everything I can to get back to my best because I felt like I was playing really good football before I got hurt.”

Ertz is right, by the way. In the 2025 season, he had 50 catches for 504 yards and four touchdowns. Bear in mind, most of the season was played with a backup quarterback, as the Commanders used Marcus Mariota due to Jayden Daniels’ injuries.

What does the future hold for Ertz?

Now a free agent, it will be tough for the 36-year-old to come back. Not only is he an advanced-age player, but the injury is also a tough one to ignore. Ertz revealed that he is aiming to come back to the field in training camp.

Ertz also admitted that he knows he will have to prove that he is both healthy and productive to find a new place to work, but he is eager to prove doubters wrong. Ertz is one of the best tight ends in the last decade, and is a Super Bowl champion as well. He is a good presence to have in the locker room.

The Commanders have another tight end already

The Commanders are not likely to re-sign Ertz, because they already found a replacement. The team signed Chig Okonkwo to their roster. Okonkwo is younger, faster, and more explosive than Ertz.

Okonkwo is fresh off a 560-yard, 56-catch season with the Titans. He only scored two touchdowns, but he will enter a slightly more talented roster now, where he can play alongside Jayden Daniels.

The USC product would instantly become the best wideout on the Dolphins roster. After all, they released Tyreek Hill and traded Jaylen Waddle. Also, they are not close on De’Von Achane’s contract extension.

Hence, Lemon would be a sign of hope for the Dolphins offense. He would also make newly-signed Malik Willis’ life easier. The quarterback would factually have a top-tier receiver to throw to.

Makai Lemon is the second-highest rated WR in the NFL Draft

Makai Lemon’s stock rose through the ranks thanks to his 79 catches for 1,156 yards and 11 touchdowns during his last collegiate season. He was the 2025 Biletnikoff Award winner, given to the most outstanding receiver in NCAA Division I.

Lemon is just below Ohio State’s Carnell Tate on draft projections. This is because he runs A-grade routes, has good hands and football IQ, and big athleticism. Hence, he is a versatile wideout that could provide plenty of solutions for Miami.

Dolphins updated WR depth chart

Right now, the wide receiver room is not precisely stacked with elite talent. Tutu Atwell and Jalen Tolbert look like the first two options. Then, the order falls to Malik Washington as a slot receiver.

Then, you have depth pieces like Tahj Washington, Theo Wease Jr., AJ Henning, and Terrace Marshall. None of the seven wideouts are great options. In fact, Tolbert and Atwell have never been more than WR3 in their careers.

It hasn’t happened ever before that they’ve been through bad times simultaneously. The Yankees‘ bad days are not due to pitching, because actually, their pitching has been great as they have just a 2.60 team ERA, which is the second-best in the MLB.

As for the Mets, they’ve scored 13 runs in their last six games, so that’s not cutting it. Not having outfielder Juan Soto has really taken a toll on this roster. Thankfully for them, Soto is cleared to return for the team’s next homestand. Bo Bichette also has injury concerns.

The Bronx Bombers are one of the biggest MLB teams in history. Still, they haven’t been able to escape bad streaks. Their longest skid was a 13-game period back in the early days of 1913. In 1908, they had 12 games straight without a win, but they were known as the Highlanders back in the day.

In a more modern time, in 1982 and 2023, the Yankees lost nine games in a row. In a silver lining kind of way, the Yankees have an MLB record of not losing 10 or more games in a row for over 110 years.

What’s the worst Mets losing streak?

Contrary to the Yankees, the Mets have a history of bad streaks. It’s just not the most fortunate team in the MLB. In 1962, they had a 17-game skid. That same season, they had a 40-120 record.

In 1963 and 1982, the Mets had 15-game losing streaks. Both the Mets and Yankees had high expectations coming into this year, so while it’s very early on, the fact is they need to bounce back quite rapidly.

The team announced it on their website, this move might be thanks to something else as well. Allen was a Titans player last year, and the new QBs coach of the Giants is Brian Callahan, who was the Titans head coach last season. Hence, there is a connection already.

Allen’s terms haven’t been disclosed yet, but he is likely to be on the veteran minimum’s or somewhere around that mark. Allen has a career 56.7% completion, for 1,882 yards, 11 touchdowns and nine interceptions.

Jaxson Dart has plenty of potential

While Allen is just a veteran presence in the locker room, the whole story for the Giants quarterback room is to finally develop Jaxson Dart. He started 12 games, passed for 2,272 yards on 63.7% completion with 15 touchdowns and just five interceptions. Now, it’s avoiding the sophomore slump.

Dart also had quite the injury history during his rookie season, especially with concussions. He is not afraid of contact, but that needs to change if he wants to prevail in this league for a long time. He must mature without losing his X factor.

The Giants have high expectations for this season

The arrival of John Harbaugh as head coach, paired with the recovery of running back Cam Skattebo and wide receiver Malik Nabers are the main reasons of why people are expecting the Giants to be a problem. All joined by another year of Dart in the NFL.

While the defense is not having the best of days because of the complicated trade request by Dexter Lawrence, the Giants are hopeful on keeping the defensive tackle. If they manage to do so, the team is actually in great position to be a drak horse in the NFC.

According to Omar Kelly of the Miami Herald, no deals are close to being made between the Dolphins and De’Von Achane. The same goes with the situations of Jordyn Brooks and Tyrel Dodson, linebackers of the team, and center Aaron Brewer.

It seems like the Dolphins are entering the rebuild phase where if they see talent, they trade it away. The new regime of general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan and head coach Jeff Hafley starts by cleaning house to a whole new level.

Estimated cost for Achane

James Cook of the Buffalo Bills signed a five-year, $51.6 million with $30 million guaranteed. According to Kelly, Achane is aiming at a similar deal, and that he won’t accept a dollar less than $11 million per year.

Achane was already a key piece of this offense, but with Jaylen Waddle, Tyreek Hill, and Tua Tagovailoa all gone, they need Achane on the roster, and give him the ball all day long.

The Dolphins never fulfilled expectations in their past era

With Mike McDaniel, the expectations were that he would coach Tagovailoa, Hill, Waddle, and company to new heights. However, no expectations were reached. They just made the playoffs a couple of times for quick goodbyes.

With Hafley on board, the hope is a new culture brews within the building, and with that, better results. Eventually that is, because now the team is getting rid of the talent it has. The immediate goal is to establish the foundations.

They were asked “do you want a rookie or a vet in the wide receiver room?” to which Thornton replied “a dog.” Rice went more in depth, saying “AJ Brown would be nice in the room, but we go get Carnell Tate or something, that’d be fire too.“

There’s been a topic of discussion that the Chiefs WR room is very young, so an experienced, proved weapon like Brown would be amazing. He would immediately become the number one option for Patrick Mahomes.

Rice has failed to establish himself as a true number one

Availability is the best ability, and between injuries and offseason shenanigans, Rice hasn’t been there for the Chiefs. He’s only played in 28 games out of 51 available. While he’s very talented, and unarguably a volume receiver, he is not on the level of AJ Brown, for instance.

Rice is a reliable option on the slot, but pairing him with a certified top five wideout in AJ Brown would be a massive problem, considering that Travis Kelce is also returning. However, AJ Brown’s future is up in the air and no formal information regarding a Chiefs move to get Brown has been reported.

The Chiefs offense needs revamping

The Chiefs ranked 20th in total offense last season, and that speaks about the regression the unit had. Changes were made. Matt Nagy was cleared off his role of offensive coordinator. Also, Eric Bieniemy was brought back to bring the best version out of Patrick Mahomes. Now, they only need a top wideout.

During UFC 327’s press conference, Dana White revealed that it was United States President, Donald Trump, who was in attendance, the one that asked Dana “Why is Derrick Lewis not in the White House card?”

Josh Hokit vs Curtis Blaydes is arguably the best heavyweight bout of all time

When you think heavyweights, you usually think knockouts, and not that much cardio. Hokit and Blaydes threw for more than 300 significant strikes combined, and both guys showed cardio, resiliency, power, and grit. It was an amazing fight all around and Hokit’s personality was matched by his skill.

Josh Hokit is rising crazy-fast within the UFC confines

With an unapologetic, trash-talking, cringey, and loud personality, Josh Hokit has rapidly became one of the most mediatic names in the UFC. His weigh in clip alone did more than 15 million views across all platforms. A PR dream and nightmare at the same time, Hokit is already a huge name to follow.

However, as Dana White said, “once he fights, we all forget about it” and he also stated that he is not precisely a fan of Hokit shtick but that he can “talk the talk.” Hokit is 9-0 with eight finishes and a huge figure rising.

According to John Shipley of Sports Illustrated, Tuten’s “role and opportunity is going to see a major hike… He is an effective rusher who can create plays on his own with his physically, while also having legit home-run speed.”

Even with the arrival of Chris Rodriguez, Shipley assures Tuten will be seen as a key player on the Jaguars offense after the 2026 NFL season. Tuten had 307 yards and seven total touchdowns during his rookie season.

Chris Rodriguez is a solid backup

Chris Rodriguez had to share snaps with Jeremy McNichols and Jacory Croskey-Merritt on the Commanders. He still had 500 yards and six touchdowns. Hence, while Tuten is expected to be RB1, Rodriguez will not make it easy.

We could perfectly see this become a run-by-committee in Jacksonville. Rodriguez has proven to be a productive option. Under the guidance of Liam Coen, who loves a good, deep running game, this rushing game could be a sleeper problem.

Can Rodriguez and Tuten be better than Travis Etienne?

With Etienne now on the Saints, the question is if these two running backs can have a better production than the 1,107 yards and 13 total touchdowns the now-Saint had in 2025. If they can’t, it will be quite a heavy mistake by the team to not address the issue.

According to Chloe Peterson of the Indy Star, this move is for Harris to be the primary backup to Clark. As for now, the terms of the deal have not been reported. Still, Harris is a premium backup to have in the WNBA.

This is a homecoming for Harris, as she is a Noblesville native and Heritage Christian grad. Harris was the starting PG for Connecticut in 2024, starting 38/39 games, and averaged 10.5 points, 3,0 assists, and helped Connecticut go to the WNBA semifinals.

Tyasha Harris is underrated

A career 38.5% shooter from three-point range, Harris has a similar style, to some degree, as Caitlin Clark. That is great for the Fever. Harris has high basketball IQ and is also a great leader of women. She is an old school pass-first point guard, but has the ability to make buckets too.

She has high efficiency. Also, Harris is a very reliable defender, and has familiarity with Fever coach Stephanie White, given their time together at Connecticut. Overall, this is a very good signing.

What is Caitlin Clark’s status?

After playing just 13 games in 2025 and an eight-month rehab process, it’s been reported that Clark is 100% healthy after overcoming a groin and ankle injury. She should be ready to go, but we could see a bit of load management to keep her healthy.

Warren said he is “rocking with whoever’s at the quarterback position. But if he [Rodgers] comes back, great. If he doesn’t, then we’ll miss him.” This means, he is ready to be a weapon once again, but between lines, he wants Rodgers back with the Steelers.

Jaylen Warren also spoke on Mike Tomlin’s departure and the arrival of Mike McCarthy. With all these changes, Warren will take a step up as a leader on this roster as well. Hence, his role will be even more important than ever before.

Warren has shown love to Rodgers before

To the dismay of the Browns and the Giants, Concepcion is a great fit to be Josh Allen’s teammate. The reason? Concepcion is a dynamic playmaker and a yards-after-catch machine. He is also a versatile wideout that can line up in the slot or elsewhere.

Concepcion also knows how to create separation, something Josh Allen would definitely welcome, as he needs weapons that can provide him wide looks. Being open goes a long way. Plus, he is from Rochester, New York, which is just 60 miles away from Buffalo.

KC Concepcion is projected to go in the late-first-to-early-second round of the 2026 NFL Draft. This puts him in competition with other great wideouts like Jordyn Tyson, Denzel Boston, and Omar Cooper Jr. Teams have plenty of ways to go. They are all below Carnell Tate and Makai Lemon.

Tyson Campbell played 12 games for the Browns last season, but then also played five games for the Jaguars. Hence, he knew Jim Schwartz, but now that he is back with the Browns, he’s been impressed by Mike Rutenberg.

“Rudy, off rip, he brings a lot of energy, a lot of passion. And that’s what you want out of a D-coordinator, a guy that brings a lot of energy and passion to the group and all about team camaraderie,” Campbell said to Cleveland.com.

How is the QB battle going?

Sanders is the frontrunner to be quarterback to some reports. However, it’s also been speculated that Deshaun Watson should be the man that earns the starting spot. However, Watson hasn’t played in quite some while due to serious injuries to his knee and Achilles.

Having said that, Shedeur Sanders wasn’t incredible during his rookie year to just grant him the QB1. However, he showed glimpses and the ability to create big plays. Hence, that’s the focus of the team right now. Thankfully, the defense is apparently not an issue.

The Browns defense is the unit the teams rely on

Campbell, Denzel Ward, and Grant Delpit are in charge of the secondary. Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett, Defensive Rookie of the Year Carson Schwesinger, and newly-arrived Quincy Williams will take the load in the trenches.

With that, they just need a half-decent offense to win football games. Whether Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders are capable to be the ones to make this unit competent remains to be seen. Still, those are the Browns’ hopes.
