The 23-year-old would be an undisputed starter under Nuno Espirito Santo and he’d get plenty of opportunities to keep blossoming as one of the world’s most promising young players.

Manchester United

Manchester United are also reportedly looking forward to signing Romero. And albeit they’re going to play UEFA Champions League soccer and are expected to be fighting for the top spot in the English Premier League, Romero could have a harder time getting minutes, as he’d have to fight with Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly, and Axel Tuanzebe for playing time.
