Hernández received his sentence by a Madrid court last week and is the culmination of various incidents that resulted from the domestic violence charge in 2017. It is confirmed that neither Lorente or Hernández filed a complaint against the other, but both were sentenced to serve 31days community service and not see each other for six months following the incident.

Four months later both Lorente and Hernández were traveling together, and Hernández was arrested in Madrid for breaking the restraining order. Now Hernández must present himself to a Spanish jail to serve his jail sentence.

Bayern Munich Lucas Hernández to jail

Lucas Hernández has 10 days to voluntarily present himself to the authorities to begin his six-month sentence. Hernández’s club Bayern Munich has issued no comment on the matter, the 25-year-old defender transferred to the German giants in 2019 following starting his career in Atlético Madrid.

In 2019, Lucas Hernández and Amelia de la Osa Lorente traveled together to the United States to get married, when they returned to Spain from their trip Hernández was arrested. Lucas Hernández played a total of 29 times for the French national team, winning the UEFA Nations League and 2018 World Cup with France.

Hernandez and his then girlfriend, Amelia Ossa Llorente, were imposed restraining orders after having a fightin February 2017, when the left-back was playing for Atletico Madrid.

But only a few months later they were seen together in Spaincoming back from their honeymoon and Hernandez was arrested. On Tuesday, he must show up in court and then he’ll have ten days to choose in which prison he’ll serve his sentence.

After a violent argument in February 2017 with his partner, who had to go to hospital with minor injuries, Lucas Hernandez was forbidden tobe500 meters within Ms Llorente.Both were given 31 days of community service, whilethe soccer player was convicted of domestic violence.

But, after seeing himreturning to Spain along with his wifein June 2017, Hernandez was arrested and received a suspended six-month prison sentence for breaking the restraining order.

A court document released on Wednesday read Hernandez’s appeal against itwas denied as he had two previous criminal sentences related to the incident in February 2017.He was ordered to appear in court in Madrid on October 19, to which Hernandez has also appealed against.

After five years with Atletico, Lucas Hernandez left the club in 2019 to join Bayern Munich for €80 million. He has 29 caps with France, with whom he wonthe 2018 World Cup and the 2021 UEFA Nations League.
