The Gold Cup 2021 is looming around and fans in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean are hyped. Mexico are already in the United States getting ready for their debut on July 10 as they'll fight for a back-to-back title.

Gerardo Martino's side is clearly the favorite to lift the trophy, but it still has a long way to prove such expectations right. El Tri head to the upcoming edition hoping to redeem themselves after a Concacaf Nations League upset a few weeks ago.

However, Mexico have already unveiled the 23-man roster that will hunt a second-straight Gold Cup title. Napoli superstar Hirving Lozano headlines the list of players who will be looking to extend the national team's dominance in this competition.

Martino didn't hold anything back and called up a powerful list of players to fight for a new Gold Cup trophy. The likes of Hirving Lozano, Héctor Herrera, Tecatito Corona, and more will be trying to carry Mexico to glory in the upcoming tournament.

Moreover, Argentina-born Rogelio Funes Mori was a bold selection by Martino as he hasn't played for El Tri before. However, the Monterrey striker has already scored in his debut for an international friendly and looks set to be the team's No. 9 in the Gold Cup. This will be Mexico's Gold Cup 2021 squad:
