It’s been a long and strangeseason, but Sevilla and Inter Milan overcame the obstacles and managed to reach the UEFA Europa League final. Today, only one of them will celebrate with the trophy and finish their season as champions.
The final will be played today in Cologne, Germany at 3:00 PM (ET) and both sides are ready to prove the world why they are two of the best teams in Europe. Sevilla are a five-time champion and will be looking for a new Europa League trophy. Inter, on the other hand, entered in the Round of 32 after their elimination from the Champions League Group Stage and became one of the title favorites.

The experienced Argentinian midfielder is the leader of the Spanish team. He controls the entire team from his position as central midfielder. Although he doesn’t help much in defense, Banega is Sevilla’s playmaker with his accurate passing range. It will be his last season with Sevilla as he has already accepted an offer to joinAl-Shabab FC of Saudi Arabia in October.
Lautaro Martínez (Inter Milan)

The young striker has shown that he can play against any rivals. Lautaro Martínez became one of the most promising strikersin Europe after his successful season at Inter. Even Bercelona put their eyes on him. Today’s final with be his first opportunity to clinch an European trophy and he doesn’t want to waste it.
Lucas Ocampos (Sevilla FC)

Another Argentinian from the Spanish side. Lucas Ocampos didn’t have his best game in the Europa League semifinals against Manchester United, and was replaced early in the second half. But the winger has played a vital role for Sevilla so far in the season and will try to show all his skills in today’s final.
Romelu Lukaku (Inter Milan)

The former Manchester United striker found his place at Inter. Lukaku is one of the most dangerous strikers in Europe, and playing alongside Lautaro Martínez in attack made him even stronger. Sevilla’s defenders will have to keep an eye on him throughout game, as Lukaku shows no mercy when he is in front of the goal.
