German referee Felix Zwayer has been appointed to oversee the 2025 UEFA Europa League final between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United at San Mamés Stadium in Bilbao, according to official sources.
Born in Berlin in 1981, he has been a FIFA-listed official since 2012 and has officiated in major tournaments, including World Cup qualifiers and the UEFA Champions League.
