Jadon Sancho is one of the top prospects in the world, having completed over 100 games and scoring 38 goals for Borussia Dortmund, his only club, since his professional debut in 2017. After five years in the German Bundesliga, Sancho now looks set to return home.

According to reports from Bild in Germany and the Sun in England, the English winger has made it clear he wants to return home this summer and that Dortmund would be interested in selling Sancho if the price was right.

At the head of the table to sign Jadon Sancho are two of the most important teams of the Premier League, find out who those teams are and what are the terms of the move.

Reports indicate that Manchester United are very interested in bringing Sancho over to Old Trafford. The Red Devils inquired about Sancho but were hesitant to trigger the players £108m transfer fee. That seems to have changed now given that Borussia Dortmund have lowered the players release clause to £80m.

Reports have indicated that Manchester United have doubts about Mason Greenwood in their future plans and that would open up a space on the team for Jadon Sancho.

Chelsea have also entered the mix and given that Sancho is a familiar player for Thomas Tuchel it seems like a natural fit. Chelsea is loaded up front and in the middle and Sancho would only add more to the depth of the team, but at this point it would be addition by subtraction as one of Chelsea’s midfielders would likely move on.

If Sancho were to join Chelsea he would be reunited and most likely compete with American Christian Pulisic, who during their time at Dortmund would often fight for minutes, with Sancho getting the majority of the playing time.

Sancho has been in Germany since 2017, winning one German Super Cup and has been capped 18 times by England with three goals. Sancho is considered to be one of the top soccer prospects in the world and one of the Three Lions key pieces for the upcoming Euros.
