City is a contender not only for the Premier League but for the Champions League as well.
The 19- time champions Liverpool are the second team on the list, Jürgen Klopp’s side finished third last season after a string of poor results. At the moment the bulk of Klopp’s side is back with only one transfer in this season. Still Liverpool has the talent to make a run for the championship.

Manchester United (+750)
This season Manchester United may be back, finally, the red devils broke the bank and signed Jadon Sancho, but they also have Edinson Cavani and Bruno Fernandes returning. ManU’s attack might be revitalized, and this could be the season where the Manchester United of old returns.
Tottenham always likes to be in the mix but are a long shot to win the title. Nuno Espírito Santo released and transferred out a lot of dead weight from Spurs. Now it’s a matter of seeing if the club can hang on to Harry Kane and if their current squad can handle being a top tier club for a whole season.
