Haynes disclosed that Lillard’s agent, Aaron Goodwin, had communicated to the Bucks that Lillard preferred to rehab in Portland and stay close to his children, a request that reportedly did not sit well with some in the Bucks’ management.
“Aaron Goodwin, Damian Lillard’s agent, reached out to the Bucks about a month ago, informing them that Dame would like to rehab back home in Portland and stay with his kids,” Haynes revealed on NBA TV. “I was told that some people within the Bucks did not approve of that.”
