Skattebo emerged as a true dual threat in 2024. He racked up an impressive 2,316 yards from scrimmage and scored 24 touchdowns, earning a fifth-place finish in the Heisman Trophy race. In his final game, despite ASU’s double-overtime loss to Texas, he delivered a spectacular individual performance—rushing for 143 yards and two touchdowns, adding eight receptions for 99 yards, and even tossing a 42-yard touchdown pass.
