Chile and Paraguay will meet again on Sunday, October 10, at theEstadio San Carlos de Apoquindo in Santiago in a match for the fifth round of the 2022 South American World Cup Qualifiers. The Chilean side has been struggling in the tournament so far and is far from the top places in the standings. La Roja suffered a 2-0 away defeat to Peru that left them almost without chances of qualifying for the 2022 World Cup.

Paraguay can still dream with a ticket to Qatar. The national team coached by Eduardo Berizzo drew 0-0 with Argentina in Asunsion and now will be looking for a win to climb positions in the table.

Coach Martin Lazarte knowshis national team has to win every game left. He will be without defender Gary Medel, who is suspended for one game. But Arturo Vidal will return to the first team after missing the match against Peru.
