Eduardo Berizzo knows it’s time to reverse the team’s direction on the road to Qatar 2022. Paraguay haven’t won since Matchday 2, curiously against Venezuela, in what has been their only victory in the tournament.
Unfortunately, four players were ruled out for this match. Gustavo Gomez and Jorge Morel have seen the yellow card twice, while Antonio Saniabra returned to Italy for the birth of his son, and Robert Piris da Motta got injured.
