The Conmebol 2022 World Cup Qualifiers triple-fixture will be over today. Paraguay and Venezuela will clash on Matchday 10 in a must-win game for both sides that will be broadcast in the US by fuboTV.

La Albirroja are desperate to get back on track following their weak start to the campaign and coach Eduardo Berizzo is in a hot seat right now. On sunday, Paraguay drew with Colombia.

Meanwhile, La Vinotinto aren't in a better spot at all as interim coach Leo Gonzalez is also under pressure. Venezuela's return to action has been disappointing so far, losing both to Argentina and Peru.

Paraguay confirmed lineup

Eduardo Berizzo knows it's time to reverse the team's direction on the road to Qatar 2022. Paraguay haven't won since Matchday 2, curiously against Venezuela, in what has been their only victory in the tournament.

Unfortunately, four players were ruled out for this match. Gustavo Gomez and Jorge Morel have seen the yellow card twice, while Antonio Saniabra returned to Italy for the birth of his son, and Robert Piris da Motta got injured. Under these circumstances, this will be the Paraguay starting eleven: Silva; Rojas, Balbuena, Alonso, D. Martinez; Villasanti, H. Martinez, Oscar Romero; Angel Romero, Amarilla, Alejandro Romero.

Venezuela confirmed starting 11

As we've mentioned before, Venezuela are in a tough spot ahead of this game. They haven't overcome Jose Peseiro's departure yet and see themselves bottom of the standings carrying four winless matches.

To make things worse, Tomas Rincon was sent off against Peru and will miss this clash. It was the second straight game La Vinotinto were down to ten men, as Adrian Martinez previously saw the red card for an ugly challenge on Lionel Messi.

Without Mikel Villanueva, this is how Venezuela will line up: Fariñez; A. Gonzalez, Ferraresi, Chancellor, O. Gonzalez; Moreno, J. Martinez; Savarino, Soteldo, Otero; Hurtado.
