<p>When the <strong>Brooklyn Nets</strong> managed to trade for <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/brooklyn-nets-t99901" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>James Harden,</strong></a> there were a lot of analysts and fans who doubted his ability to coexist with two ball-dominant players <strong>like Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant.</strong></p>
<p>Harden had already shared the rock with <strong>Russell Westbrook and Chris Paul</strong> but he hadn’t played with two top-tier scorers since his earlydays with the <strong>Oklahoma City Thunder</strong> when he came off the bench.</p>
<p>And thus far, he seems like the odd man out when both Kyrie and Durant are on the court, with his numbers taking a massive dip from his days with the <strong>Houston Rockets</strong>. Harden, however, isn’t worried about that.<span></span></p>

<p>It was a really hard-fought game that allowed fans to see the Nets going against another contender team. Truth be told, they did a good job with their two stars leading the way against one team they can face in the 2021 NBA playoffs.</p>
<p>After that thriller was over, everybody had something to say about it, including Giannis, who assessed the Nets and their new duo, saying nothing but good things about them and all the things they can do on the court.</p>

<p>The Nets are still the biggest threat for them and Giannis is well aware that unless you are fully focused, Harden and Durant will make you live a very hard time on the floor. Via <strong>Joe Vardon of The Athletic</strong>:</p>
<p><em>It’s only been two games, but Harden and Kevin Durant are terrorizing opponents. They are the first teammates ever to score 30 or more apiece in their first two games together. Durant, who was named the East’s Player of the Week and extended his franchise record of consecutive games with at least 25 points to 10, hung 30 on the Bucks. Milwaukee’s Jrue Holiday admitted that trying to defend those two gives the Nets’ role players too much room. Joe Harris knocked down five 3s and finished with 20 points.</em></p>
<p><em>“This is what they do — they wake up, they come to the game and they score 30,” Giannis Antetokounmpo said of Harden and Durant. “If you’re not locked in against them, they’re going to score 50.”</em></p>

They traded for <strong><a href="https://us.bolavip.com/james-harden-t120183" target="_blank" rel="noopener">James Harden</a> </strong>to pair him with their already-impressive duo of <strong>Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.</strong></p>
<p>Then again, <strong>there’s no such thing as a perfect move in the <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nba-t19117" target="_blank" rel="noopener">NBA</a>. </strong>The Nets got another star, yes, but they lost plenty of depth and now have to make some moves if they want to keep up with the rest of the league.</p>
<p>There’s no doubt that Brooklyn will have enough firepower to outscore every other team in the world. However, they’re shorthanded on their bench, especially when it comes to defense. That’s why top-notch scorers such as <strong>Jamal Crawford and Isiah Thomas </strong>aren’t a great fit for them right now.<span></span></p>

<p>The Brooklyn Nets had to part ways with starting center <strong>Jarrett Allen</strong> in the James Harden trade. Now, they only have<strong> DeAndre Jorda</strong>n in that position while sophomore <strong>Nicolas Claxton</strong> continues to nurse an injury.</p>
<p><strong>John Henson</strong> could give them some length and an inside presence as a rim protector. His offense is limited but so is Jordan’s, and he made a living in the league thanks to his ability to swat shots.</p>

He has to show up to work. You know, we had the game on when the coach was like ‘I don’t know where Kyrie is’. You have an obligation to your employer. Listen, as terrific as you are on television, you do have to tell ESPN when you will not show up to work. You can’t just not go. So, that’s really unprofessional. So it’s time for him to grow up and be a great player,<strong> not just a talented player. To be a great player and be professional</strong>. And listen, I personally think – I have no proof. That the Nets are saying ‘listen, we had enough of worrying about Kyrie’. I think that’s why they made the James Harden trade, ’cause they don’t feel like they can trust Kyrie,”</em> Barkley said.</p>
<p>There’s no denying that Kyrie is quite talented. That doesn’t mean that he’s the top-tier player he claims to be, as he’s failed to deliver when it has mattered the most.
