Miami Heat had a fantastic run at the last NBA season, becoming Eastern Conference champions and getting into the finals. Thatcampaign was a big surprise for many people. This season, however, didn’t start in the same way for the Heat, althoughtheyprogressed recently andeven managed tosix straight wins to improve their record.

Still, Miami would be considering makingmovements before the trade deadline on March 25 to strengthen their roster. Last year, they did the same by bringing in Andre Iguodala and Jay Crowder, who then were importantfor the impressive playoff run which ended in the finals against Los Angeles Lakers.

They had to dealwith several injuries from different players so far, andthe 18-18 record doesn’t seem too satisfying. That’s whythe Heat would be interested in signing a big nameto gofor agreat campaign once again. The arrival of any of the two potential candidateswould bring experience and more quality to South Florida.

Kyle Lowry and John Wall, considered byMiami Heat

According to Tom Haberstroh from TrueHoop, the three-time NBA champions may go after Kyle Lowry or John Wall to give a boost to the current roster. This would be considered more carefully throughout the eight games the Heat will face after the All-Star break and before the trade deadline.

To go ahead with such an operation, Haberstroh also added that Miami would be offering players of the likes of Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson or Precious Achiuwa, as well big contracts like Kelly Olynyk and Meyers Leonard to open up space for a high-paid star like Lowry or Wall.

These two point-guards have plenty of experience and would turn the Heat into an even more dangerous team. Toronto Raptors’player, who has an average of 18 points per game this season, has been linked with a potential move lately, and the Houston Rockets’guard is averaging 21 PPG while his team is struggling at the 14th seed.
