As of today, Jake Paul has yet to find a suitable opponent for his first fight of the year. However, the YouTuber now eyes a shocking rematch against one of his former rivals — and it’s not Mike Tyson.

Time is running out for Jake Paul. The world-renowned influencer is eager to solidify his boxing career, yet no fighter has stepped up to challenge him this year.

Several names have been rumored as potential opponents, but Jake Paul has now set his sights on a familiar face for what could be an explosive rematch in 2025.

Last year, Jake Paul made headlines by challenging Mike Tyson to a professional bout. The legendary pugilist accepted after securing a massive payday, as winning was never his primary goal.

Paul easily defeated Tyson, with the aging legend visibly exhausted by the third round. While rumors hinted at a rematch in 2025, it appears the YouTuber has other plans in mind.

Taking to X, Jake Paul issued a direct challenge to Tommy Fury for a rematch this year. Fury had previously claimed that Paul didn’t have what it takes to avenge his 2023 loss, prompting an immediate response from the influencer.

“You still drunk?” Paul said. You turned down $6M plus upside to headline Netflix against me. Your dadager and you may be the two dumbest [expletive] the UK has ever created. Oh, and you can’t travel to the US, you [expletive]…sooooo. Ship has sailed unless you take $3M and we run it in 2025. Let us know.

Paul then followed up with another post, offering Fury $3 million for the fight — or $4 million if Fury could legally enter the United States. However, Fury fired back, stating there was no reason to accept less than what he earned in their first fight, accusing Paul of being the one dodging the rematch.
