Not so long ago, Carmelo Anthony was wreaking havoc against opposing defenses in the NBA. He was one of the most fearless and dominant scorers in the game.
Now, time has gone by, and Anthony has embraced a different role in his life. He’s now an entrepreneur and podcaster. However, his biggest role has always been the role of father.
That’s why he’s been able to build such a strong bond with his son, Kiyan. Even after his divorce and public separation from La La Anthony, they’ve managed to stay close and have a loving relationship.

“We got a different type of connection than everybody else. Even though you’re my dad, I could talk to you just like I’m talking to one of my bros or one of my friends,” Anthony said in an interview for Instagram.

Needless to say, that’s everything a father can strive for. It’s not about the money or all the material things you can give your offspring, but about that kind of bond and relationship.
