Aaron Rodgers appears to have chosen his next team, and it will be the Pittsburgh Steelers. According to a report by Mark Kaboly, everything is practically done, and the only thing left to determine is when the quarterback will confirm his decision.

In fact, Kaboly indicated that the announcement could come soon, possibly in the final days of May. “Probably 99.9 percent. It’s just a matter of when. It could be that final week of OTAs. Definitely before minicamp.”

The Steelers believe that Rodgers is the missing piece to win the Super Bowl, and that’s why they are willing to wait longer than usual for him. However, uncertainty has grown in recent weeks due to the lack of updates.

Who will be the Steelers starting quarterback?

Aaron Rodgers will be the starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, according to what Kaboly mentioned. As has been the case with other reports, the only big question is when it will happen, understanding that the veteran does not like mandatory minicamp.

It’s important to remember that Rodgers only has Pittsburgh as an option, since no other team has shown interest. Given this scenario, it also can’t be ruled out that, in a surprising move, the player might choose to retire.
