There have been a couple of recent reports claiming that controversial wide receiver Antonio Brown is poised to make his comeback to the NFL once he serves his 8-game suspension, meaning he could be cleared to play from Week 10 after passing COVID-19 protocols.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter broke the news a couple of days ago, adding that the Seattle Seahawks are leading the race among 10 other NFL teams looking to sign the former Pittsburgh Steelers superstar.

And it seems like there’s more than just interest from the Seahawks in the Pro-Bowler, as Russell Wilson openly admitted that he believes that they’d be a perfect place for him to take his career back from the ground.

Russell Wilson Thinks The Seahawks Are Perfect For Antonio Brown

Most of the conversations I’ve had with most his former teammates and stuff like that said that he worked hard every day. He came ready and I think he had a bad year or two there that didn’t go the way you want it to,” Wilson told Pro Football Talk.

“I think that with our culture and how our culture is, with Coach Carroll, with the teammates that we have, the men that we have and the growth, I think, if he does play football, I think this is a great place. If he does play again, I think this is a place that he’ll grow a lot as a man as well,” he concluded.

Wilson does have a valid point. The Seattle Seahawks have built a strong, winning culture under coach Pete Carroll and they’ll be Super Bowl contenders as long as they have Dangeruss under center.

Adding Brown would give Russell Wilson another elite weapon next to Tyler Lockett and D.K. Metcalf, which is definitely a scary thought for the rest of the league, even if Seattle’s defense has been far from good this season.
