Sharks' Macklin Celebrini shares 7-word reaction before facing NHL legend Alex Ovechkin

Macklin Celebrini, the young star of the San Jose Sharks, is preparing for a special moment: his first matchup against Alex Ovechkin, a living legend of ice hockey. That’s insane.”

Ovechkin, while admitting he hasn’t seen much of Celebrini’s play, acknowledged the young star’s talent and wished him well. “He’s a talented guy. I wish him luck, and we’ll see tomorrow, (today)” Ovechkin said. When asked what advice he would give Celebrini, Ovechkin added, “Just be yourself, work hard, be smart, and everything’s going to be good.”
