Brazil vs Venezuela: Storylines

Brazil and Venezuela have clashed eight times in the Copa America, with the record being favorable to Brazil. The Canarinha has won six times against La Vinotinto, and they have drawn two times.

The last time they faced each other in the tournament was in 2019, when they drew without goals in the group stage. But their last encounter was played last November, and Brazil beat them 1-0.

This time, however, it seems really difficult for La Vinotinto to grab some points against the hosts. Not only because they lack some important players, but because historically Brazil has imposed its superiority with a wide margin of goals.
