The summer transfer window has seen Paris Saint-Germain making the biggest moves in years. Although they are one of the richest clubs on the planet, PSG didn't need to spend very much to land the likes of Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, Georginio Wijnaldum, and Gianluigi Donnarumma.

Having done a great job by landing players who ran out of contract, either by offering them a pre-contract agreement or pursuing them once they were without a club, Paris would want to repeat the same formula next summer.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, PSG would be monitoring the situation of an AC Milan star who has entered the final year of his contract with the Serie A side.

PSG target potential free agent from AC Milan who wants €8 million salary

Since they received a financial boost in 2011, PSG have become one of the world's wealthiest teams and got used to splashing the cash every transfer window. But this year they found out they might not need to continue doing so to land the biggest names on the market.

The experience of signing Messi and more superstars for free has seemingly led Paris Saint-Germain to continue targeting potential free agents for next season. This time, they would have AC Milan's Franck Kessie on their radar.

The Ivory Coast international runs out of contract with the Rossoneri at the end of the 2021-2022 season. Despite Milan's intentions of tying him to a new deal, they would be unable to satisfy the player's demands.

Kessie would be asking for an €8 million salary per season plus €2 million in bonuses, while the Italian giants wouldn't go higher than €6.5 million, according to Calcio Mercato. Needless to say, PSG would be more than capable of fulfilling Kessie's requests. Will they take another Milan player for free?
