Juventus are expected to be one of the busiest clubs in the next transfer windows as they aim to get back to the top of the Serie A and return to UEFA Champions League prominence. But, right now, they seem unable to make a splash.

So they'd be looking forward to offload a number of players in order to bring new faces. The Old Lady reportedly have a shortlist with a couple of names they seriously intend to land next summer.

While their biggest dream seems to be completing the return of Paul Pogba, whose contract with Manchester United expires in June 2022, Juve are also understood to be interested in a €60m-rated young sensation who is also tracked by Real Madrid and Chelsea. And to do so, they'd offer a swap that includes USMNT midfielder Weston McKennie.

Juventus reportedly open to swap McKennie for AS Monaco star

France international Aurelien Tchouameni was suddenly thrown into the spotlight as a number of clubs are making the queue to sign him from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco, who reportedly demands €60m for him.

Calciomercato claims that Juventus are keen on landing the midfielder but they'd prefer to do so for a lower price. And, as they also need to reduce their wage bill and make room in their squad, Juve would try to acquire Tchouameni by offering Weston McKennie in exchange.

The US international's future no longer seems to be in Turin as he apparently is on the club's transfer list. Juve want a new midfielder and they like Tchouameni, so swapping McKennie for him would be like killing two birds with one stone. Perhaps they'd still have to pay a fee, but it would be much lower than the initial €60m.
