<p>In regard to second chances, Pochettino has called back underperformers <strong>Ethan Horvath, Matt Turner, Miles Robinson, Brenden Aaronson, Yunus Musah, and Malik Tillman,</strong> some of whom are getting what could be a final chance with the team.</p>



<p>Important omissions include <strong>Cameron Carter-Vickers</strong>, who picked up an injury; goalkeepers <strong>Diego Kochen and Gabriel Slonina</strong>, who were left off in favor of more experienced but disappointing choices; and <strong>Giovanni Reyna</strong>, who is also injured.</p>

The interest in Tessmann by Fiorentina has been known for some time, with the Viola now looking to make a formal bid. McKennie, on the other hand, could be a tall order for Fiorentina.</p>



<p>Reported initially by Matteo Moretto, not much information has been given, but the Relevo journalist stated that the Italian club wants both Americans.</p>



<p>Tanner Tessmann is currently with the USMNT Olympic side, while Weston McKennie is back at full training with Juventus preparing for the start of the Serie A season.</p>

<p>Six of McKennie’s assists have come when he has played in the middle of the field, while one has come from him on the right. Despite going scoreless this season, McKennie has been one of Juventus most consistent and best players.<br></p>

<p><em>“At the end of the day, when I get older and it’s my time to go, how many of those people are going to be there with me?”</em><br></p>



<p><em>“When I left Leeds, I knew I had a bad showing,” he explains. “I knew I didn’t have the time that I thought I was going to have or that maybe I should have had. It put me in a mindset that when I came back here to Juventus, I was starting brand new. I’m going back to Juventus like it’s my first time. I have to prove myself all over again.”</em><br></p>



<p>Upon his return to Juventus in the summer the brass at the club sought a move for the American, but a champion of McKennie held firm and gave him a chance during preseason, that champion is his manager, Massimiliano Allegri.<br></p>



<p>By the time preseason was over, McKennie had once again won over Allegri. <strong><em>“Wes is maturing after his experience on loan. He has a physical strength that helps cover up for the occasional technical error, but when he runs into space he can be devastating</em></strong>”, Allegri stated back in November.<br></p>

<p>McKennie has platooned at various positions in the midfield in Turin from a defensive midfielder, wing back, or right winger, but his hard work and knack for goal has always been an attribute Allegri has always looked to exploit. <p>“<em>So obviously I see myself as an 8 and being in the midfield. But at the end of the day, whatever the team needs to win – whatever I can do.</em>” On September 16th McKennie reached 100 appearances for Juventus across all competitions with his contract running until June of 2025.<br></p>

<p>When it comes to Christian Pulisic according to Romano, <strong>AC Milan would like to sign Pulisic for €18 million but Chelsea have raised their expectations on a return for the winger and want something close to €30 million,</strong> 5 million more than originally discussed. AC Milan and Chelsea are on good terms and are discussing the deal and it looks like a matter of time.</p>



<p>Pulisic has agreed to salary terms with the Italian giant according to various reports.</p>



<p>In the case of Yunus Musah talks are nearing conclusion, AC Milan have had their eye on the American midfielder for some time now and want to beat rival Inter Milan for his signature. <strong>According to Romano, €17 million plus add-ons are being discussed and Valencia and AC Milan have been in discussions since Monday.</strong></p>

<p>The best player of the program had a disastrous poor season, playing 30 games and scoring 1 goal. Pulisic was reduced to junk minutes after the World Cup, he saw managers come and go at Chelsea and never cemented himself at the club due to injuries or coaching decisions. Nonetheless Pulisic did score 26 goals in 142 games, winning three titles at the club.</p>



<p>When on, Pulisic was a menace to opposing defenses with his speed and dribbling. The problem is it came in spurts, with rumors of interest from Serie A clubs, Atlético Madrid, Newcastle, and Manchester United, Pulisic can still be a major factor for a top club in Europe. <strong>The drawback will be his high salary and transfer fee. Chelsea is rumored to be willing to go as low as $50 million for the winger, but Pulisic reportedly earned near $10 million in wages at Chelsea and may need to take a pay cut to make a move happen to a club outside the Premier League.</strong></p>

<p>Make no mistake, Adams was Leeds United’s best player, or at least the club’s most consistent. Adams also had a sensational World Cup for the USMNT, <strong>now that Leeds is relegated the club reportedly has a 30-million-pound relegation clause in his contract. </strong>Maybe a Premier League club will go for broke and trigger the clause, then again Adams has always had interest from Sevilla in LaLiga, who could take the midfielder on loan and then trigger a transfer after the fact.</p>

<p>After two massive fails at Barcelona and AC Milan, Dest would be wise to pick his next destination carefully. <strong>All signs point to a move to Union Berlin,</strong> which is a club on the rise and has lesser expectations than at Barcelona and Milan. Dest when confident is a very good attacking wing back, his defending is shotty at best. It could be Dest’s last chance to play for important clubs at Union Berlin.</p>

<p>Tim Weah had a very good World Cup for the United States and a very solid season for Lille. The problem is that at Lille, Weah is a wing back. Weah was born to race down the wing and score goals. Weah has proven himself in France and there are rumors of a move to Serie A, if he can find a club that is willing to place him in the attacking third it would be a wise step up.</p>



<p>Editor’s wish: <strong>Udinese had sniffed around in the winter for Weah, a move to a club like that would be a good fit for the speedy winger.</strong></p>



<h2>Yunus Musah</h2>

<p>The steady midfielder is only 20 and was a bright spot for Valencia in the last two seasons. Musah has a lot to offer a club, still needing to finish the final product, Musah has proven he has outgrown Valencia. <strong>With rumors of moves to big clubs, Musah must be careful to not land on a team that will reduce his minutes considerably.</strong></p>



<p>Editor’s wish: Inter Milan has been interested and looks like a great landing spot for Yunus Musah. A deep squad but not deep enough where he won’t get important minutes.</p>



<h2>Weston McKennie</h2>

<p>In one of the worst decisions by a player in a long time, Weston McKennie left Juventus as a starter and key contributor to play for one of the worst teams in the Premier League. The loan was a complete disaster, everything that made McKennie standout at Juventus was exposed at Leeds, McKennie is effective when he has quality around him. Now back at Juventus it’s hard to imagine major Premier League clubs will be interested in McKennie, Juventus is losing many players on free transfers and sales, <strong>Weston McKennie could still be a vital piece again if he stays.</strong></p>
