<p>According to <strong>Chris Haynes</strong>, DeRozan’s agent Aaron Goodwin called the Los Angeles Clippers out of mere courtesy, just to let them know that they should just cancel their meeting and call it a day:</p>
<p><em><strong>“The Clippers’ brass were driving,” </strong></em>Haynes said, as quoted by All Clippers. “<em><strong>They were on their way to DeMar’s house. Things got a little more interesting with the Bulls. DeMar DeRozan’s agent, Aaron Goodwin…called the Clippers out of courtesy and was like ‘you know what, let’s not waste anybody’s time. <p>Apparently, DeRozan had already made up his mind and was ready to sign with the Chicago Bulls, who offered him<strong> more money </strong>than, well any other team could’ve offered him in the offseason.</p>

<p><strong>DeMar DeRozan</strong> hasn’t looked the same since leaving the Toronto Raptors. He’s just not made for the <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/san-antonio-spurs-t100707" target="_blank" rel="noopener">San Antonio Spurs’</a> system and it doesn’t seem like he’s got intentions of extending his stay at Texas.</p>
<p>DeRozan isn’t the All-Star he once was but he could still be a huge second-scoring option for any contending team. His contract is set to expire at the end of the season and the Spurs <strong>can’t risk losing him for free.</strong></p>

<p>The <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/chicago%C2%A0bulls-t101422" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chicago Bulls</a> are rebuilding so parting ways with a young stud like <strong>Zach LaVine</strong> could push them back. Then again, they may not have a choice, as LaVine has already outgrown the team and is ready to win now.</p>

<p>Beal is pretty much wasting his career at the nation’s capital and that’s got to stop at some point. Trading for him will be tricky because of his contract but the rumor around the league is that he could try and force an exit<strong> rather sooner than later.</strong></p>

<p><em>“In a nutshell, the Spurs would send DeRozan to Los Angeles in exchange for Kyle Kuzma and Danny Green and a 2022 first-round draft pick. <strong>The Lakers take on DeRozan’s $27.7M</strong> and the Spurs pick up $18.9M between Kuzma and Green. Green’s contract expires at the end of next season, opening up cap space for the Spurs,”</em> Duarte said.</p>
