Ben Roethlisberger predicted on his podcast Footbahlin that Aaron Rodgers would sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Despite rumors of potential interest from the Minnesota Vikings, the legend believes the quarterback’s future lies with Mike Tomlin.

“Aaron, let’s be honest, if you’re going to be throwing to Dk Metcalf and telling everybody about it, you might as well just sign. What are we doing? I’m going to say it right here and right now. I really believe that he’s going to be a Steeler. I’m saying it.”

Although Big Ben also admitted that he believes Rodgers is waiting for Minnesota, the reality is that the only option for Aaron to pursue one last Super Bowl next season is with the Steelers.

How long Steelers will wait for Aaron Rodgers?

The Steelers are willing to wait for Aaron Rodgers at least until training camp, according to the latest statements from the team’s owner, Art Rooney II, and the general manager, Omar Khan. Roethlisberger believes that eventually, Pittsburgh will set a deadline.

“Browns are done with it. Giants are done, they’ve got two guys. It’s down to Pittsburgh and Minnesota. I would think at some point you gotta be like: ‘Hey, you need to let us know before the draft.’ I think they’re going to draft a quarterback. It’s just a matter of how high they draft a quarterback.”
