Aaron Rodgers faced a direct question for the second time in recent months about the possibility of signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The first time was a few weeks ago with Pat McAfee, but, on that occasion, the quarterback only said that personal problems with his inner circle prevented him from committing to any team.

Now, a fan had the chance to put him in a real predicament during an event in Austin. This was the message Rodgers received live: “Are you coming to the Steelers?”

The Super Bowl champion quarterback with the Packers laughed and let out a long, “Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.” Seconds later, the star player simply said, ‘You never know.’

Did the Pittsburgh Steelers sign Aaron Rodgers?

No. The Pittsburgh Steelers have not signed Aaron Rodgers, but this public response from the quarterback leaves the door open for that to happen soon. In fact, at that same event in Texas, the veteran rejected any possibility of playing for the Saints.

Also, when answering another question, Rodgers was asked about the possibility of ever playing for the Chicago Bears. Obviously, Aaron immediately dismissed that option, but he dropped a hint to watch out for a team playing on the road in the Windy City. It could be the Steelers in Week 12.
