Aaron Rodgers really likes the Pittsburgh Steelers and their staff according to a statement from his close friend, A.J. Hawk. This is what his former teammate said during one of his traditional appearances on The Pat McAfee Show.

ā€œHe visited Pittsburgh and probably loved it. I do know that he actually really likes all the Pittsburgh staff. He loves the staff, the front office, everything about Pittsburgh. The people there. That’s what makes the Steelers who they are. From the top down. I think he definitely loves all that.ā€

However, Hawk was surprised that the Minnesota Vikings didn’t close the door on signing the Super Bowl champion, and as a result, that could delay Rodgers’ final decision.

What is Aaron Rodgers future?

The Vikings could be in Aaron Rodgers’ future, according to what A.J. Hawk mentioned. Although the Steelers have a clear advantage, the championship-caliber roster in Minnesota is very tempting, making it hard to rush into one option or the other.

ā€œThe Vikings didn’t close the door completely. That’s the thing. You had the opportunity to close the door completely, publicly at least if you were the Vikings, and you didn’t. So, what does that tell you? I don’t know if that means there’s a possibility that the Vikings want to bring him in or not, but it means there’s gotta be some kind of chance of that. Correct?ā€
