After a great Euro 2020, there’s no doubt that Lorenzo Insigne is one of the most pretended forwards in Europe right now. The 30-year old has another year of contract with Napoli but it appears that many clubs have shown interest in him.

At the beginning of July, it was reported that two European giants, Barcelona and Tottenham, were considering making an offer for Insigne, who was one of the stars of Italy this summer. The forward made six appearances for his national team, scoring twice on their way to the tournament victory.

But now, according to new reports, he is on the radar of other two Serie A clubs. It seems like the negotiations to renew his contract with Napoli haven’t been very productive lately, so it seems plausible that Insigne is considering a move.

Transfer rumors: Inter and Milan are interested in Lorenzo Insigne

According to ESPN, citing Calciomercato, both AC Milan and Internazionale want to negotiate with Lorenzo Insigne. The reports also state that the winger is considering leaving Napoli to pursue a different challenge.

Also, it seems like Insigne and his representatives don’t agree with Napoli’s offer of 4.5 million euros a year to renew his contract, as their aspirations are 6 million euros per year. However, maybe another team could agree to their expectations.

The reports also say that Internazionali are considering making an offer in this window of less than 20 million euros, but according to transfermarket.com, Insigne’s market value is 48 million euros. On the other hand, AC Milan could wait until Insigne becomes a free agent next season.
