In recent months, Jake Paul has tried to secure a bout against Floyd Mayweather. Now, the legendary boxer has agreed to it, but only under one special condition.

Jake Paul had his most recent fight against Mike Tyson. The bout didn’t go as expected, as ‘Iron Mike’ was clearly exhausted by the third round and his stamina couldn’t match that of his rival.

Paul won that bout by unanimous decision. However, he was severely criticized for fighting a boxer 31 years older than him, as many fans thought it was not a significant challenge for the influencer.

Now, a bold proposal is on the horizon. Floyd Mayweather Jr., who has been rumored to be on Paul’s radar, has agreed to face the YouTuber but under one condition that Paul may not accept.

Jake Paul has repeatedly stated that he wants to build a legitimate boxing career. To achieve that, he needs professional bouts, but Mayweather wouldn’t risk his record against the YouTuber if a fight does materialize.

“Well, we can do an exhibition,” Mayweather told Us Weekly when asked how they would address the weight difference. “We know we can’t do a real fight because it’s not going to be sanctioned because of the weight difference. But we could do an exhibition. That’s easy work, super easy.”
