NFL News: Aaron Rodgers is reportedly considering three options for his future, with Steelers and Vikings among them

Aaron Rodgers has three options at the moment in free agency, according to a report by Jeremy Fowler. While the Pittsburgh Steelers seem to have the advantage, there are still other routes for the star quarterback.

ā€œIt feels like right now the options are Steelers, retirement or does he want to wait three to four months on the Vikings to see if they change their mind which seems unlikely at this point.ā€

For several weeks, the Vikings have emerged as the option that most attracts Rodgers due to being a Super Bowl contender. However, there will be no offer from Minnesota at the moment, and in that case, he must wait for J.J. McCarthy to fail. If not, the veteran could end up without a team.

What is Aaron Rodgers’ future?

No one knows at the moment what the future holds for Aaron Rodgers. The only thing confirmed was his visit to Pittsburgh a week ago, from which he left without signing a contract. Beyond that, total uncertainty.

What is certain is that only two teams remain in the race for the quarterback: the Steelers, who have already made a formal offer, and the Vikings. A few days ago, Minnesota’s general manager, Kwesi Adofo-Mensah, said that he hasn’t ruled out Rodgers as an option in the coming months.
