The list tops with Matthew Stafford in first place with 78.6 QBR, his team, the Los Angeles Rams are in the second spot of the NFC West with 6-1, a victory less than Kyler Murray in the 3rd spot of the starters list for Week 8 with 65.0 QBR.
Tom Brady is in the second spot with 69.4 QBR and Aaron Rodgers in the 4th spot with 66.3 QBR, but Brady is a big favorite with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to win the division, conference and super bowl. Rodgers is a good quarterback but it is unlikely that he could win the super bow this year.
The only backup quarterback to start in Week 8 (probably) is Case Keenum since Baker Mayfield is injured. Keenum proved to be able to play with the few healthy players available, as the Browns are plagued with injuries. Eight players listed as ‘questionable’ and another three listed as ‘out’. But Keenum was able to win against the Broncos 17-14 using backup running D'Ernest Johnson.
NFL 2021: All starting quarterbacks for Week 8, ranked
The difference is minimal to the previous weeks, obviously Russell Wilson is not present in the rankings since he will not start in Week 8 with the Seahawks. For now Seattle are using Geno Smith with poor results, the team remains sunk in a negative record.

Kyler Murray is the only starter who has not lost games this season, the Arizona Cardinals have seven wins, the most recent was against the Houston Texans 31-5 at home, but in Week 8 they play the Green Bay Packers. That game will be the big challenge for Murray this season.
Lamar Jackson was a disappointment in Week 7 when the Ravens lost at home to the Bengals 17-41. That was Jackson's first loss of the season at home, he threw only one touchdown for 257 passing yards.
