PSG will be taking much of the spotlight this season as they landed Lionel Messi and other superstars. Even though they couldn’t showcase them yet, fans are already following their games and Friday’s victory over Brest wasn’t the exception.

Paris Saint-Germain have recorded their third win in a row in the 2021-2022 Ligue 1 to have a perfect record and issuing a warning to the rest of the league. Needless to say, they are the teamto beat – and watch -this season.

Fans react to PSG winning third straight game as Messi waits

Mauricio Pochettino‘s team didn’t take long to find the opener and put itself ahead on the scoresheet. Ander Herrera sent home a volley from outside the box and Kylian Mbappe‘s header made it two in the first half.

Stade BrestoisFranck Honorat pulled one back right before the break. Idrissa Gueye gave PSG a breath by scoring the third one, but there was drama until the end as Steve Mounie put Brest one goal closer. This will be a special season for Paris Saint-Germain. Not only because they could set up one of the most intimidating teams of all time, but because they will have more attention than ever. So far, PSG have taken care of business and didn’t drop points. Now, they just wait to see Messi on the pitch for the first time.
