Before being ruled out for the remainder of the 2020-2021 season, Ansu Fati was expected to be proving his talent on the field and to giving hope to Barcelona’s fans for the future. Unfortunately, the Spanishinternational hasn’t been able to catch a break since that horrible situation against Betis.
He underwenttwo surgeries in which his left meniscus was repaired, but neither of them wasenough to put the 18-year-old’s pain to an end. So far, he tried to avoid facing a third operation which would imply the removal of his meniscus, mainly due to his age.

However, after consulting with specialists, it was decided that despite his concerns itwould be the best option. According to Marca, Ansu Fati will be treated by Portugal National Team and <a href="https://bolavip.com/en/cristiano-ronaldo-t2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cristiano Ronaldo</a>‘sdoctor, José Carlos Noronha.
<h2>When would Ansu return to action?</h2>
As we’ve seenthis season, stating a timetable for the young star’s return could be difficult. Still, Mundo Deportivo reported that after this operation Ansu Fati could be sidelined for only two months if things don’t take an unexpected course.

It’s a very tough decision to make at such a young age, and whether he is forced to a new surgery or not, Ansu Fati seems unable to escape from this situation. He has been dealing with frustrating months going backward inhis recovery process. Hopefully, this situation will be over rather sooner than later, and we’ll get back to see him backin action.
