He was a hound in the backcourt that could pile up steals at a high pace. He could pick your pocket in a heartbeat and was a huge menace in passing lanes as well.</p>

He logged the second quadruple-double in NBA history after piling up 10 steals to lead his team to a 120-114 triumph.</p>

His ability to score in the post was only topped by his unprecedented skills as a rim protector. He still holds the record for most blocks in NBA history with <strong>3,830.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Stats:</strong>18 points, 16 rebounds, 10 assists, 11 blocks<br> If having one quadruple-double wasn’t legendary enough, <strong>Hakeem Olajuwon </strong>became the first player to do it more than once. More impressively, he had both quadruple-doubles over a three-week span.</p>
<p>This time, the Milwaukee Bucks (and, ironically, Alvin Robertson) were <em>The Dream’s </em>victims. We should really praise Hakeem more, as <strong>he’s the only player to ever be named MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, and win the Finals MVP all in one season.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Stats:</strong>34 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists, 10 blocks<br> If recording a quadruple-double wasn’t difficult enough, <strong>David Robinson</strong> became the first player to ever top the 30-point plateau while also logging 10+ in 3 other categories. He did that on <strong>a Spurs win vs. the Detroit Pistons.</strong></p>
<p>Robinson was stronger, bigger, more athletic than most players in the league during his prime and his skill set was in a full display that night. He’s one of the few players to ever win the <strong>MVP, DPOY, Rookie of the Year, and also win an NBA Championship.</strong></p>
<p>This is something incredibly hard to achieve. NBA players are alreadt elite athletes that can do a lot of things for their teams but posting a quadruple-double goes to the next level. These men were the best of the best and they left a big mark on the game.</p>

<p><strong>Doug Christie </strong>was originally drafted by the Seattle Supersonics but due to a contract breach, he had to be traded to the Los Angeles Lakers. Like most rookies, he barely found any playing time and was eventually traded to the Knicks.</p>
<p>Christie broke out with the Raptors and Kingswhen he – ironically – antagonized the Lakers several times in the playoffs. He finished his career at age 36 with the Los Angeles Clippers, <strong>even though he only made 7 appearances.</strong></p>
<h2>14. Caron Butler</h2>

<p>Basketball was <strong>Caron Butler’s</strong> way out of the streets and once he had the chance to prove his worth, he never looked back. His tenure with the Lakers was brief but he averaged over 15 points and developed a great rapport with Kobe Bryant.</p>
<p>Butler later took his game to a whole new level with the Washington Wizards, also playing for the Dallas Mavericks before having a two-year tenure with the Clippers. <strong>He eventually retired with the Kings in 2016.</strong></p>
<h2>13. Steve Blake</h2>

<p>It took him a while but eventually,<strong> Steve Blake</strong> found his place in the NBA: Los Angeles. He bounced around the league for a couple of seasons before a brief stint with the Clippers in 2010.</p>
<p>Blake later signed with the Los Angeles Lakers and became a reliable, consistent backup point guard. His three-point shooting and playmaking<strong> made him a fanfavorite in the Staples Center in no time.</strong></p>
<h2>12. Matt Barnes</h2>

<p><strong>Matt Barnes</strong> is the ultimate <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nba/how-many-nba-teams-are-located-in-california-20200722-0002.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Californian</a>. He struggled to find his place in the league with some non-guaranteed deals and spending a lot of time in the Development League until the Clippers gave him a chance in 2004.</p>
<p>Barnes then took his 3-and-D expertise all over the league before coming back to Los Angeles to play with the Lakers. He stayed there for a couple of seasons and<strong> later joined the Clippers again from 2012-15.</strong></p>

<p>For most of his career, people really didn’t take<strong> Nick Young</strong> seriously. Up to this day, most people still know him for being a meme. But make no mistake, this guy can flat-out shoot the ball and score in bunches.</p>
<p>Young struggled to find his home in the league and didn’t find much success with the Los Angeles Clippers. Luckily for him, he broke out as a scorer during one of the Lakers’ darkest tenures.<strong> He later joined the Warriors and helped them win a ring.</strong></p>
<h2>10. Antawn Jamison</h2>

<p>Ok, not many Lakers or Clippers fans will ever mention <strong>Antawn Jamison’s</strong> name when talking about their franchise’s all-time greats. Even so, his outstanding career in the league grants him a spot on this list.</p>
<p>Prime Jamison was a problem. He was a walking bucket and dominant rebounder that could take the best defenders in the league to school.<strong> He spent the final two years of his career in Los Angeles, first with the Lakers and then with the Clippers.</strong></p>
<h2>9. Sasha Vujacic</h2>

<p><strong>Sasha Vujacic </strong>didn’t exactly hit you as an athletic or fast guy but, contrary to popular belief, he was pretty savvy and could contribute tomultiple aspects of the game. That’s what granted him such a long career in the league.</p>
<p>Vujacic’s golden years came with the Lakers and he even played a part on their back-to-back rings in 2009-10. <strong>He went back to Europe</strong> before making an NBA comeback with the Clippers in 2014 but only played two games.</p>
<h2>8. Chris Kaman</h2>

<p><strong>Chris Kaman</strong> entered the league as the 6th overall pick in 2003. The Clippers trusted him as their big man for the future and he lived up to the expectations, averaging nearly a double-double all seasons and even getting an All-Star nod.</p>
<p>Kaman then struggled to establish himself elsewhere in the league before going back to Los Angeles, this time with the Lakers.<strong> However, he was far from his prime and only made 39 appearances for the purple and gold.</strong></p>

<h2>7. Jamaal Wilkes</h2>

<p><strong>Jamaal Wilkes </strong>is one of Los Angeles’s biggest pride. He excelled at UCLA before taking his talents to the NBA. He played for the Warriors during the first three seasons of his career before joining the Lakers.</p>
<p>Wilkes played 8 seasons with the Lakers, <strong>winning 4 NBA Championships</strong> and he was one of the most beloved and respected members of the locker room. He retired after one season with the Lakers.</p>
<h2>6. Jim McMillian</h2>

<p>Most young Lakers fans may not remember him but back in the day, <strong>Jim McMillian </strong>was a walking bucket. He averaged almost 20 points per game and helped the team win an NBA Championship during his 3-year tenure with them.</p>
<p>McMillian later took his talents to the East Side, joining the<strong> Buffalo Braves</strong> for another three years. As most of you may know by now, that Braves franchise would eventually become the Clippers.</p>
<h2>5. Lou Williams</h2>

<p>During the first couple of years of <strong>Lou William’s</strong> career, he didn’t strike out as something special. He wasn’t a pass-first point guard and was too small to play the shooting guard spot, so he wasn’t much of a factor.</p>
<p>He later broke out with the <strong>Toronto Raptors</strong> before also shining with the Lakers over three years. Now, he’s one of the Clippers’ locker room leaders and one of the greatest Sixth Men in the history of the game.</p>

<p>Most people don’t remember that<strong> Ron Harper</strong> was one of the best scorers in the league when he played for the Clippers, as he later joined the Chicago Bulls and helped them win 3 straight championships with his defense.</p>
<p>Harper would then reunited with <strong>Phil Jackson</strong> in the Los Angeles Lakers and helped them win a couple of more rings, this time with <strong>Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan.</strong> He’s one of the winningest players of all time.</p>

<p>Nater even held the Clippers’franchise record for most rebounds in one seasonuntil DeAndre Jordan topped his 1,216 in 2015. <strong>He had a one-year tenure with the Lakers before retiring in Italy.</strong></p>

<p>Odom shined with the Lakers and helped them win back-to-back rings in 2009-10. However, he actually started his career with a 4-year tenure with the Clippers. He came back in 2012-13 for a season<strong> before taking his talents overseas.</strong></p>

<p>Oldschool Lakers fans love <strong>Norm Nixon </strong>and for good reason. He averaged 15.7 points, 8.3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game over his career and helped the team win a couple of rings in the early-’80s.</p>
<p>Nixon spent six seasons with the Lakers before joining the San Diego / Los Angeles Clippers, where he made his 2nd All-Star game and continued to thrive towards the sunset of his career. <strong>He later retired withScavolini Pesaro in Italy.</strong></p>

<p>Well, technically, the<strong> Oklahoma City Thunder</strong> does have an NBA Championship. The<strong> Seattle Supersonics</strong> won the ring in 1979 and the Thunder is allegedly just a continuation of that franchise on a different city, so they absorbed their win-loss record and accolades.</p>
<p>Even so, some fans claim that championship shouldn’t count anymore as the fanbase isn’t even the same. Also, there’s hope the Sonics make it back to the league one day and they’ll want their<strong> Larry O’Brien trophy</strong> back.</p>

<h2>How Do The 2020 NBA Playoffs Work?</h2>
<p>All teams will play<strong> 8 regular-season games for seeding purposes</strong>, including playoffs teams. Those teams that are still in contention to clinch one of the three remaining playoffs spots will have to significantly close the gap with the current8th seeded team of their conference.</p>
<p>If less than 4 games separate the 8th and 9th seed of each conference, those teams will enter <strong>a play-in tournament. </strong>That tournament will require the 8th seeded team to win 1 game or the 9th seeded team to win 2 games. Eventually, the 8 best teams from each conference will complete the playoffs pool.</p>
<p>Then, teams will enter the 1st round of the playoffs, a best-of-seven series depending on their seeding. The team with the best record of the conference will face the 8th seed, and so it goes (2-7, 3-6, 4-5). <p>Eliminated teams will leave the Disney campus and will round up the order of the 1st round of the<strong> 2020 NBA Draft </strong>depending on their record. The worst their record is, the higher they’ll be seeded after <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nba/NBA-Draft-2020-Everything-you-need-to-know-20200717-0002.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lottery picks </a>(15th – 30th pick).</p>
<h2>NBA Bubble Schedule</h2>
<p>The NBA bubble season will start on July 30 with the seeding games. That stage will go all the way to August 14. Play-in games, if necessary, will take place in the following days before the start of the playoffs. Moreover, the league is about to have all-day action like the NCAA’s March Madness tournament, at least until the end of the regular season.</p>

Especially with Andre Iguodala and Draymond Green also locking down in defense.</p>
<p>The Warriors even took some nights off as they were only focused on the playoffs. Their stars were barely needed in 4th quarters throughout the season and it showed later on. They beat the Spurs, Pelicans, and Rockets, and later swept LeBron James in the Finals, <strong>putting an end to his second stint with the Cavaliers.</strong></p>

<p>NBA scouts tend to overlook players that spend more than a year in college<strong>. Paul Reed </strong>is already 21 years old so teams are likely to let him slip all the way to the second round despite being one of the most versatile defenders in the nation last year.</p>
<p>Reed averaged 2.6 blocks and 1.9 steals per game last season and showcased his ability to thrive in both zone and man-to-man defense. He’s also got the potential to become an elite three-point shooter after knocking down<strong> 40.5% of his three-pointers</strong> during his sophomore year. There aren’tmany lockdown defenders at the four that can also shoot at a high clip.</p>
<h2>9. Killian Tillie, PF/C, Sr – Gonzaga</h2>

<p><strong>Killian Tillie </strong>is already 22 and has a history with injuries so he’s likely to slip in the Draft. Some mocks even have him going undrafted, which would be a major mistake by general managers given his upside, versatility, and productivity.</p>
<p>The French big man can knock down shots from three with ease (44.4% shooter per his career). He has a high basketball IQ and a great ability to pick apart defenses both as a scorer or creator. If he stays healthy, <strong>he could fit right away on any NBA offense</strong>as a stretch four.</p>
<h2>8. Daniel Oturu, C, So – Minnesota</h2>

<p><strong>Daniel Oturu </strong>really turned the corner as a scorer during his sophomore season, doubling his scoring average from 10.8 to 20.1 ppg to go along with 11.3 rebounds and 2.5 blocks per game on 59% from the floor, 36% from three, and 70% from the charity stripe.</p>
<p>Oturu has proven to be a legit threat below the rim and in the perimeter and has the wingspan, frame, and athleticism to become a top-notch rim protector at the next level. Most mocks have him slipping right outside of the lottery because of his poor ball-handling skills, but he has the skillset to become <strong>an elite two-way big man.</strong></p>
<h2>7. Aleksej Pokusevski, C, INTL</h2>

<p>We’ve seen top-tier European prospects go overlooked in the NBA Draft year after year and<strong>Aleksej Pokusevski </strong>may be the next in that list. Some mocks have him going in the mid 2nd round and some claim he won’t be traveling to the U.S for another couple of years.</p>
<p>Pokusevski is an intriguing prospect, to say the least. He has the defensive awareness, size, instincts and wingspan to be an elite defender in the post. He also has the handles and shooting ability of a guard and is already playing vs grown men in Greece’s second-tier league. <strong>He must add a lot of muscle </strong>if he wants to make it in the NBA but the upside is clearly there.</p>
<h2>6. Deni Avdija, SF/PF – INTL</h2>

<p><strong>Deni Avdija</strong> has slipped in some Drafts recently. There are some doubts about his limited athleticism and lack of explosiveness. Even so, he’s one of the most NBA-ready prospects we’ve seen coming from Europe over the past couple of seasons. He has the skills to be a poor man’s Toni Kukoc at worst, which is a lot to say.</p>
<p>Avdija can score at will and is a great facilitator. He’s got the size to play both forward spots and can do a little bit of everything<strong> on both ends of the floor. </strong>He’s pretty experienced and smart for a guy that recently turned 19 years old and hey, he’s no <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nba/Top-10-players-to-watch-in-the-NBAs-Orlando-bubble-20200713-0005.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Luka Doncic</a>, but some people didn’t think Doncic was going to be that good either.</p>

<h2>5. Sam Merrill, PG/SG, Sr – Utah State</h2>

<p><strong>Sam Merrill </strong>may be the best player you’ve never heard about in this class. Scouts didn’t get to see him much at Utah State due to, well, playing at Utah State. Also, he’s 24 years old so most mock Drafts don’t even have him going drafted at all.</p>
<p>Even so, Merrill is an outstanding shooter and scorer at both guards positions. He’s simply deadly from beyond the arc <strong>(41% on 217 attempts last year) </strong>and has the skill set to be an instant-offense kind of scorer off the bench at an NBA level. He’ll prove it right away if he gets an invitation to the Summer League.</p>
<h2>4. Cole Anthony, PG, Fr – UNC</h2>

<p>Not so long ago, <strong>Cole Anthony</strong> was considered one of the best prospects in the nation. Now, most big boards have him slipping all the way to the 10-14 spots following his lone season at the University of North Carolina. He misseda huge chance to showcase his talents in the NCAA tournament.</p>
<p><strong>Anthony has been playing against and training with NBA players for years.</strong> He’s a walking bucket with a great feel for knocking down huge shots. He’s not your average pass-first kind of point guard and that’shis biggest flaw. The confidence is there, the aggressiveness and drive are there.</p>
<h2>3. Malachi Flynn, PG, Jr – San Diego State</h2>

<p><strong>Malachi Flynn</strong> won’t impress you with size or athleticism but he’s smart enough to overcome all of his clear physical limitations. He’s smart, skilled, savvy, and really knows how to pull the strings of the offense and control the pace of the game. He rarely makes mistakes and could be a huge steal considering he’s expected to fall to the second round.</p>
<p>Flynn improved on every statistical category as years went by and there’s no reason to think that trend won’t continue at the next level. He’s outstanding in the pick-and-roll and a guy that can really make everybody around him better.<strong> He’s got that 6th Man of the Year kind of potential</strong> but needs to add a lot of muscle to thrive in the NBA.</p>
<h2>2. Grant Riller, PG, Sr – College of Charleston</h2>

<p><strong>Grant Riller’s</strong> draft stock isn’t as high as it should be because of his age (23) and the small program he plays for. He’s likely going to slip to the second round and a lucky team is going to get one of the most unstoppable scorers in this class. His shot-making ability is just ridiculous.</p>
<p>Riller schooled defenders nightly with his never-ending bag of resources. He can drive, post-up, knock down shots standing still, going sideways, fading away, playing on and off the ball, you name it. His handles are superb and even though his poor competition is a red flag <strong>he’s got the potential to be a walking bucket in the NBA.</strong></p>

<p><strong>R.J. Hampton</strong> was considered the best player of his class a couple of years ago but his draft stock took a hit from his lone season overseas. Hampton has the size, length, and skills to become an elite two-way guard in the NBA. He’s got a 6’7” wingspan and impressive ball-handling and playmaking skills for a guy his age.</p>
<p>Hampton is aggressive and can score at a high pace from all three levels. He won’t hesitate to drive and is an elite finisher through contact. His shot selection and efficiency have raised a lot of questions about his ability to dominate in the NBA but if he slips outside of the lottery as projected, <strong>he’d be the biggest steal of the night, for sure.</strong></p>

Players will leave nothing to chance as they know the playoffs are just around the corner. A good stretch could take them the distance and <strong>win the NBA championship.</strong></p>
<p>But even among all the great players that will take the hardwood in Orlando, there are a few that will have a lot of pressure on their shoulders when basketball is back. That’s why today, we’re going to name our top<strong> 10 players to watch in the NBA’s Orlando bubble.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Jayson Tatum</strong> was one of the hottest scorers in the league before the hiatus. He took a step forward as the Celtic’s leader and recently claimed that they have a legit shot at winning the Championship.</p>
<p>The 21-year-old is clearly one of the most talented and <a href="https://us.bolavip.com/nba/Top-25-young-NBA-players-set-to-become-stars-20200429-0001.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">promising </a>two-way players in the league and the <strong>Boston Celtics</strong> have enough depth to go the distance in the Eastern Conference. He’s been getting praise from legends like Scottie Pippen and it’s time he proves that he’s the real deal.</p>
<h2>9. Luka Doncic</h2>

<p>Nobody expected the <strong>Dallas Mavericks</strong> to be championship contenders right away but they have one of the most talented duos in the world on <strong>Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingi</strong>s, so they could mess around and upset a couple of favorite teams along the way.</p>
<p>Doncic has plenty of <strong>playoffs experience from his time overseas </strong>and has a history of shining when it matters the most, so it’ll be nice to see him perform under pressure and see whether he can knock down a contender or not.</p>

<p>The <strong>New Orleans Pelicans</strong> have the easiest schedule for the remainder of the regular season and are currently 4 games behind the 8th seed. Whether they’ll be able to make the playoffs or not will almost entirely depend on how <strong>Zion Williamson</strong> delivers.</p>
<p>Williamson already proved that he’s a once-in-a-lifetime kind of talent. He’s got an NBA-ready body and dominated opposing players like high-schoolers during his first 19 games as a rookie. <strong>The reigning 1st overall pick </strong>is poised for stardom, especially if he leads his team to the playoffs right now. He’s a human highlight film.</p>

<p><strong>Nikola Jokic</strong> is one of the most talented big men we’ve ever seen but his shape let a lot to be desired for NBA standards. He’s now lost over 20 pounds and looks in the best shape of his career so it’ll be interesting to see how that translates to the hardwood.</p>
<p>Nobody has the<strong> Denver Nuggets</strong> on their plans but they have enough depth and talent to at least make the Western Conference Finals and a healthy, slim Nikola Jokic is terrible news for the rest of the league.</p>
<h2>6. Chris Paul</h2>

<p><strong>Chris Paul </strong>is one of the top 5 greatest point guards in the history of the game. He’s proved it once again by taking the rebuilding <strong>Oklahoma City Thunder </strong>to the 5th best record in the West and has made them a legit dark horse candidate for the bubble.</p>
<p>Paul has never made an appearance in the NBA Finals and that’s the only stain on his remarkable resume. You know he’ll play with a chip on his shoulder and as if every game was his last to have the chance to <strong>finally prove his doubters wrong.</strong></p>

<p><strong>James Harden</strong> is the most unstoppable scorer in the league but he has a long history of underperforming and choking in the playoffs. Now, he’ll likely have to deliver without Russell Westbrook (sick) by his side, so that’ll put even more pressure on his shoulders.</p>
<p>Harden has had three straight MVP-caliber seasons but is finally time he steps up in the playoffs. If Westbrook is unable to suit up, he’ll have to do it all again for the small-ball <strong>Houston Rockets </strong>and their high-octane offense. He’s lost a lot of weight during quarantine andcould post insane stat lines.</p>
<h2>4. Damian Lillard</h2>

<p><strong>Damian Lillard </strong>was recently announced as one of NBA 2K20’s cover athletes so he’ll have to back down the talk with top-tier performances in the hardwood. The<strong> Portland Trail Blazers</strong> are three games behind the 8th seed in the West and it’ll be up to him to lead them to the playoffs again.</p>
<p>The Blazers will reportedly have <strong>Jusuf Nurkic and Zach Collins</strong> back in the lineup and that’ll give them a major boost but they’ll only get as far as Lillard can get them. He’s got unlimited range as a shooter and has proven to be the clutchest player in the league,.</p>
<h2>3. Kawhi Leonard</h2>

<p><strong>Kawhi Leonard</strong> made a strong case for being the best player in the world last season. He led the Toronto Raptors to their first-ever Finals appearance and Championship and is now trying to do the same for the <strong>Los Angeles Clippers </strong>and win his third ring with three different franchises.</p>
<p>There’s no doubt that Leonard is<strong> the best two-way player in the league.</strong> He’s finally back at full strength after two seasons of load management so the time for excuses is over. The Clippers are about to unleash the Klaw after four months of rest and that’s terrifying.</p>
<h2>2. Giannis Antetokounmpo</h2>

Still, there are serious concerns regarding his ability to dominate in the playoffs when defenses start collapsing the paint and double or triple-teaming him.</p>
<p><em>The Greek Freak</em> can play and guard all five spots in the floor and he’s clearly a great leader for his team but he’ll need to start knocking down shots and/or creating for others if the Bucks want to translate their best record in the league <strong>to a trip to the NBA Finals.</strong></p>
