Bad Bunny doesn’t want to be left out of the conversation surrounding one of the biggest boxing matches in recent years. The music icon has now sent a fiery message to whoever emerges victorious between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.

In recent months, speculation grew over who Canelo Alvarez would face in 2025. Many fighters expressed interest in taking on the Mexican superstar, but he ultimately silenced doubts by agreeing to fight Terence Crawford.

The American boxer remains undefeated and is widely regarded as a living legend. However, he will face one of the greatest fighters of all time in a weight class above his usual, which could present challenges in trying to beat Alvarez.

Bad Bunny sends bold message to the winner of the Canelo vs. Crawford fight

Rumors of a Canelo Alvarez vs. Terence Crawford bout had circulated for months, but the matchup wasn’t confirmed until after Canelo defeated William Scull on May 3.

Fans are now eagerly awaiting what promises to be a spectacular showdown. While Canelo is the clear favorite, Crawford’s perfect record suggests the outcome could be far from predictable.

Alvarez is undoubtedly one of the greatest boxers in history, but Bad Bunny—a global Latin music sensation—believes he could take him down. In fact, the artist claims he could even knock him out.

During an interview with Spanish streamer Ibai Llanos, Bad Bunny said that if he were to ever enter the ring, he’d want to face the winner of the Canelo vs. Crawford fight.

Undisputed super middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez of Mexico smiles toward the crowd at the ceremonial weigh-in at Toshiba Plaza on September 29, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

“Right now I’d like to fight the winner between Canelo and Crawford,” Bad Bunny said to Ibai. Canelo has never been knocked down and I think I have the power to do so.”

When will the Canelo vs. Crawford fight take place?

Following his win over William Scull, Canelo Alvarez confirmed that his next bout will indeed be against Terence Crawford.

The fight is scheduled for September 12 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It will be the first major event promoted under Turki Alalshikh and Dana White’s TKO boxing venture.
