UConn legendary coach Geno Auriemma had an interesting comparison for Paige Bueckers.

The UConn Huskies are walking on clouds right now. They just won the national championship to regain their status as the absolute team to beat in all of college basketball.

Notably, plenty of that had to do with Paige Bueckers. She left campus as one of the most accomplished players ever, which is a lot to say for such a star-studded program.

She’s now taken her talents to the WNBA to play for the Dallas Wings. And when asked what to expect from her at the next level, her coach, Geno Auriemma, compared her to comic-strip character ‘Dennis the Menace.’

“You know, charming, cute kid, means well, but just cannot help themselves,” Auriemma told Time Magazine. “They have to do something on the court, off the court, say something to let you know that there’s some mischief lurking in there.”

Of course, you have to leave it to someone like the legendary coach to make this kind of comparison. Then again, one can most definitely see his vision when you watch Bueckers play.

Now, the Huskies will look to retain their title without their best player, and it will be interesting to see whether Azzi Fudd and Sarah Strong also draw some strong comparisons from the legendary coach.
