What did Tyreek Hill say?
Tyreek Hillâs last game for the Dolphins, played against the Jets, was interpreted by many as a potential farewell from the franchiseâs star wide receiver. âI open the door. Iâm leaving. It was great to play here, but at the end of the day, I have to do whatâs best for my career. Iâm too competitive to be out there,â Hill said to he press once the game concluded.
Despite these controversial statements, the former Chiefs player ultimately retracted his words, clarifying that his comments were a result of his frustration.
âWhat yâall heard at the end of the season is frustration. Iâve been winning my whole life. Yâall donât understand, I bust my ass every day. So I deserve to feel like that. I deserve to have some sort of opinion. Yâall just want me to say âOh well, get âem next year.â I donât wanna that,â Hill said in a broadcast via Twitch.
