Despite the steep climb that presented in front of the Fever, Mitchell put on a performance for the ages and led the side to a much-needed win. With the triumph in enemy territory, Indiana snapped a two-game losing streak before heading back home. How fitting is it that after facing the league’s bottom-feeders, the Sun, the Fever will now host the apex predator of the WNBA: the Minnesota Lynx?

The Fever’s playoff hopes are hanging on the hands of a stacked roster, that simply can’t catch a break. Clark has now missed 12 consecutive games due to a right groin injury. Injuries have been the name of the game for the former first overall selection in the 2024 WNBA Draft.
