Jaland Lowe has had a great season representing the Pittsburgh Panthers; however, he made the important decision to seek new opportunities for the future. The talented player will begin the upcoming NCAAB season representing another prominent program.

The fortunate ones to have this important point guard on their roster for the next season are none other than the Kentucky Wildcats, coached by Mark Pope. Lowe’s decision to enter the Transfer Portal allowed him to switch programs for what lies ahead.

The news was shared by Jack Pilgrim, who, through his X (formerly Twitter) account, provided more details about the latest move made by the Missouri City native.

Pope’s challenge with the Wildcats

Mark Pope’s arrival at the helm of the Kentucky Wildcats’ first team came after the departure of then HC John Calipari, who decided to join Arkansas. In his first season as head coach, he managed to lead his team to the Sweet 16, and he hopes to improve the results in the following season.
