While the Philadelphia Eagles already have an outstanding roster, the 2025 NFL Draft is the perfect opportunity to strengthen it even further. Take a look at all their picks this year—and what they could mean for quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Last year, the Eagles didn’t get off to a great start in the 2024 NFL season. The team opened the campaign with a 2-2 record, but everything changed after their bye week.

The NFC East club went on to win 12 of their remaining 13 regular season games. They then continued their dominant run through the playoffs, ultimately defeating the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.

Fortunately for Jalen Hurts, the offense is loaded with talent, and the team may prioritize defensive upgrades in this draft. The offensive line remains one of the best in the league, so improvements there may not be necessary.

However, one position to watch is tight end. There has been speculation about a potential departure of Dallas Goedert, and Hurts will need a reliable option at that spot if the veteran does move on.
