Bill Belichick has his place in NFL history as one of the league’s greatest coaches. He has coached the New England Patriots since 2000 and his achievements have been outstanding! Belichick has won a total of sixSuper Bowl titles with the Patriots, making him the coach who has won the most Super Bowl’s, as well as being the coach with the most Super Bowl appearances (9), and he has the most playoff wins at 31.

He started coaching in 1975 as a special assistant withthe old Baltimore Colts and worked his way up to a coaching position with the Patriots. Among his many honors, he is also a part of the NFL’s All-Decade Team and the NFL’s 100th Anniversary All-Time Team, basically, he is a living legend.

Considering the amount of money many top NFL players get, like Tom Brady, who helped Belichick win many of his Super Bowls, many ask themselves, just how much does Bill Belichick make?Well with nine Super Bowl appearances, creating the Patriots dynasty, and winning over 300 games, they better show him the money!

Bill Belichick’s salary

According to ProFootballTalk, Bill Belichick makes a yearly salary of $12.5 million, stating he may be the highest-paid coach in all of the NFL. It is estimated that the famed coach’s net worth is about $35 million. Since taking over the Patriots in 2000, he has led them to 17 AFC East division titles, 13 appearances in the AFC Championship Game, and nine Super Bowls.

If you consider his years as an assistant, Belichick has won eight Super Bowl titles and finished as runner-up four times. Belichick is the NFL’s longest-tenured active head coach, and while he has faced his share of controversy in the Deflategate scandal, he is vastly respected among his peers and players.

Belichick was named the AP NFL Coach of the Year in2003, 2007, and 2010 seasons. He is the only active head coach named to the National Football League 100th Anniversary All-Time Team. After winning six Super Bowls and all these accolades can you argue that hehasn’t earned his salary?
