Realistically, if Aaron Rodgers officially rejects them, the only big name still available in the market is Kirk Cousins, but the Steelers would have to make a trade because the Falcons are not going to release him.

Kirk Cousins could be an option as the starting quarterback for the Steelers, although, according to a report by Gerry Dulac, Pittsburgh would not be willing to give up a lot of draft capital for a player whose performance has declined and who is 36 years old.
