Aaron Rodgers is the priority to be the starting quarterback for the Steelers, and if that doesnât materialize, Mason Rudolph would take the reins for the upcoming season due to his strong familiarity with the team.
Howard will patiently learn on the bench and expressed excitement about the many connections with Pittsburgh. âI think everything. The culture, it just fits who I am as a person and who I am as a player. Itâs close to home. Iâve got a lot of connections to Pittsburgh. Coach Tomlin, I wanted to play for him. I knew Coach Smith, he recruited me in Akron. I got a lot of connections with him.â
