Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo is known for being one of the greatest soccer players ever, but he has recently expanded his influence off the pitch with several projects. The latest is a joint venture film studio with renowned Hollywood filmmaker Matthew Vaughn.

UR•Marv will operate as an independent studio that aims to embrace ā€œinnovative technology, with a nod to tradition.ā€ In their statement, Ronaldo and Vaughn announced that they have already financed two completed action films and are developing a third.

ā€œThis is an exciting chapter for me, as I look ahead to new ventures in business,ā€ Ronaldo said. Meanwhile, Vaughn called the Al Nassr forward a ā€œreal-life superheroā€ and said he looks forward to ā€œcreating inspiring movies with him.ā€
