Uruguay will have no Cavani as he has been banned, which means that Luis Suarez, together with Jonathan Rodriguez, will begin in theattack. Goalkeeper Martin Campana has started every qualifying so far, but he might be replaced on Thursday by Fernando Muslera, who has 116 caps.
As for Paraguay, the 32-man team of the attacker Antonio Sanabria, despite his recent November encounter against Bolivia, is not named. Angel Romero will be the single striker with Miguel Almirón starting the attack.
