It’s not a secret that Isiah Thomas isn’t a fan of Michael Jordan and he lets everybody know that whenever he has the chance. The Detroit Pistons legend had a big rivalry with Jordan and the Chicago Bulls during their best days in the NBA and the bad blood between the two remains to these days.
Thomas and Jordan also engaged in battles following their retirements and even though the Chicago Bulls legend has expressed his respect for Thomas, it has been different for the point guard, who has taken shots at Jordan more than ever this year.
Every time he has the opportunity, he goes after Jordan, and even more when it comes to the GOAT debate. He often finds ways to disregard Jordan and recently he did it with LeBron James and the never-ending GOAT debate.

He sat down with Fox Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe to discuss a variety of topics and seeing how Sharpe feels about LeBron and Jordan, this was a great opportunity for Thomas to shade His Airness.
“We have never seen a player like this in the NBA. He (LeBron) breaks a record every single night just to remind you you’ve never seen anything like this before. When it’s all said and done, it’s going to be hard for people to look back and say ‘He (LeBron) wasn’t the best.'”
Michael Jordan was the undeniable GOAT given all the things he did with the Bulls but once LeBron made it to the league and started winning championships, that status was put into question. Still, MJ and his championships and records in the Finals make the case for him and it’s hard to find a player that can surpass him on the all-time list.
Not even Thomas and his bad comments can change that. LeBron is a great player and one of the best to ever do it, but right now nobody is better than Michael Jordan.
