The Rutgers Scarlet Knights have two of the best prospects in all of college basketball. However, as high as Ace Baileyās ceiling is, Dylan Harper might be more of a sure thing.
In 27 appearances, the younger son of former NBA champion Ron Harper posted averages of 19.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.0 assists, 1.8 three-pointers, and 1.4 steals on 49% shooting and 35% from three-point range.
Thatās why ESPNās NBA Draft expert Jeremy Woo believes heās the second-best player in the nation, and only Dukeās Cooper Flagg should be ahead of him in the rankings.
Dylan Harper is second to only Cooper Flagg, says Expert
āBefore we do postseason deep dives, I think he should be [No.] 2. Isnāt he what everyone is looking for? An offensive orchestrator with size. An oversized handler surrounded with shooting and interior defenseāheās just so dynamic. You can build a successful offense around the guy,ā wrote Woo.

Of course, this seems to be a situation in which a team simply canāt go wrong. Then again, position and fit also matter, and thatās what might make him fall to No. 3 or No. 4, depending on what team makes the pick.
