If there’s someone who knows a thing or two about basketball, that’s most definitely Shaquille O’Neal. Moreover, he certainly knows how to run a business, and he doesn’t do things half-heartedly.

O’Neal is a man of many talents and occupations. But even though he doesn’t have a lot of free time, he still decided to embark on a new mission to be the general manager for the Sacramento State Hornets.

The 53-year-old and four-time NBA champion will look to bring a struggling program to life, and he believes that it will be crucial to build a winning culture within the locker room.
